Melissa & Doug Magnetic Wooden Puzzle Game Set: Fishing and Bug Catching

My little one loves it. I got it when she has been 2 years old and she did not show much interest. But now at 2 1/2 she loves it.

These are perfect for my 3 year old son! He loves catching his fishies! He can now name all the animals and asks to play with this daily. Of course Melissa & Doug is amazing quality. And this is a great price.

The pieces are bright and colorful and very sturdy. The magnets are strong and work well. Edges of pieces are really smooth.

Both my 2 and almost 4 yr old love to play with these puzzles. I love that there is a good variety of sea animals and bugs so that the kids can learn the different types. Using the "wands" with the magnets on them is good practice for their motor skills and also makes doing the puzzles more fun. The pieces are made of nice light wood so each piece is easy to pick up with the magnets. The colors and quality of the puzzle are exceptional! We love all of our Melissa and Doug puzzles! We even got one as a gift from a friend that was just like these magnet ones, and it was a Cinderella theme. I would highly recommend these for your young kids or as a gift for a little one!

We bought this for our daughter as part of her one year birthday gift and I have found myself playing with a lot too. I love Melissa and Doug toys especially because they are wooden, so no plastic toxins which is a huge plus. Also they are very durable and provide hours of thinking fun. Our daughter learned quickly how to go fishing on her own. She is able to do both puzzles pretty quickly now that she has the pole under control. We go on nightly fishing dates and have so much fun watching her little brain work and it's great for hand eye coordination. There isn't a Melissa and Doug toy yet that disappoints. This one will definitely continue to get a lot of good use probably for a couple of years. It was way worth the $10 sale price we got it for

Melissa and Doug is always my go to. I love the quality and variety of options available. These are great for fine motor skills and my toddler always feels accomplished after being able to grab each piece and place them back. Such a fun puzzle highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying we're huge M&D fans over here. They are leaders in quality, and fun and these puzzles are no exception. The actual pieces function as they should, the magnets are strong and the pieces are a great size for toddlers. Besides that the puzzles themselves are beautiful and vibrant. My only complaint...where am I supposed to put the pole and net when not being used? M&D usually overthinks every detail so this just feels like a slip 😕

My kindergartners love this super cool puzzle, and I have no concerns about it lasting for many years.
