BodyBio e-Lyte - Electrolytes for Hydration, Energy and Cramp Relief, No Sugar or Artificial Flavors - 4 fl oz

I’ve tried about 3 other electrolytes in the past, all powders to mix in water. They’ve been incredibly salty and the effects have been just okay. I’ve also tried Potassium & magnesium supplements but didn’t feel a difference.I’m a seasoned faster and by 36hrs I tend to lose my ‘get up & go’. I’m not lethargic but I lose motivation to do much. I tend to only go as far as 48hrs because I need to get things done. My last 72hr fast was pretty much lying on the sofa on the last day.So I’m currently at 44hrs as I write this and feel perfectly normal. I’ve been sipping this in water for the last 24hrs. Equivalent to 2 tsps. It’s also a fine taste as it simply tastes like slightly metallic & ever so slightly saltier water. I dilute it a fair bit.I was going to end my fast this morning but have decided to continue towards the stem cell creation phase of 72hrs if I continue feeling this good.So I’m super happy & will know definitively after I see how far I can go, and possibly on a second fast in the future. But so far very positive.

Good product, no added nasty ingredients

Really good for hydration. No added fillers or preservatives which is excellent as I have a sensitive digestions system.

First and foremost - this tastes HORRIBLE. But don’t be put off. It more or less completely takes away my cramps, nausea and sleeplessness whilst fasting. Also it doesn’t have sweeteners that will knock me out of Ketosis/autophagy which a lot of electrolytes do.To make drinking this more bearable I mix 3 cap fulls in 750ml of water, add a squeeze of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Honestly, it works a treat. Makes me feel SO much better.

As others have noted, my last two bottles have had crystallised pieces at the bottom. Previous bottles weren't like this.I like e lyte as they provide best balance of electrolytes for a (relatively) decent price. But I hope bodybio sort out the crystallisation issue ASAP. I'm going to try buying my next one from bodybio directly and see if its any better, though it costs a little more that way

Fantastic. Bought one. Loved it. Mixed it with sparkling mineral water and a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar. Great taste. Used it all up and Now its not in stock and I want to restock. Aaaaagh.

I bought this as I have pots and wanted it to keep hydrated, it arrived 15 minutes ago and it will be going back tomorrow, how am I supposed to get the sodium intake when it is still in the bottom of the bottle! Very disappointed, not opened it as I won't be able to return if opened, but dont need to open it to see the stuff in the bottom!
