I’m new to this brand. Sometimes when I transfer from one brand to another, the new brand is weaker and causes me a fibromyalgia flare. I got this because it’s pure. No other ingredients. I was taking my old brand twice a day. This one once a day. It’s clean, pure, and gives me the energy need for the day. I hope they don’t jack the price up like my last supplier did. This is a good amount for a great price. Quality product. I take it with my triphala to boost weight loss. You can’t go wrong with this product

Energy for the body, quality, mental health

Shilajit doesn't taste good to most people and that is the reason for most of the negative reviews. I used A.I. to find this shilajit because I knew the past companies I was buying from were cutting it with soy. This is real shilajit and ALL their certifications are up to date regularly and on time to prove it is real and that it is QUALITY shilajit. Companies I bought from boasted certifications, but when I actually looked, they were done in 2019. If you are worried about the altitude being lower than 16,000 feet, first realize Sayan is being transparent, then read about shilajit grading and then lab testing. Which is more valuable? I'll be going with the lab testing myself and buying this shilajit from Sayan exclusively. Their price and quality for real, lab proven shilajit is unbeatable.

I love this product! I noticed a change when I first started taking it in my tea! I have more energy and it does not make me jittery the way coffee does.To help with the overpowering taste, I mix it with a honey citron ginger tea and cinnamon powder!Even tho I love this product I may not purchase it from this seller again; the container gets easily stuck because the tar like Shilajit got into the rings of the container, making it impossible to close correctly.

That being said, the buzz people talk about, I don’t have it. I get tired. Which for me is good. ADHD doesn’t allow my body to rest, recover. You take minimal amount when you first start. Minimal! I dip the tip of a chopstick and mix that little tiny bit into water and drink it. The taste doesn’t bother me. It’s just not like flavorful other than this super earthy taste. Also on top of my ADHD, I also have a lot of intestinal issues. Pancreas is a mess mostly but suffer now with acid reflux, had ulcers in the past, past some kidney stones. I basically forget to eat and drink water and it’s messed with my intestines. What I’ve noticed since taking this, is, my intestines hurt less. I can actually eat a meal now. It took a few weeks of my body getting used to it. I take it usually before bed but if I need to rest, like today when my back is out, I take it in the day. It makes me relax and sleep and helps my intestines. I hope this helps someone else with ADHD. I feel less like a cat being tied to a tree (frantic, erratic, anxious, amped, hyper, depressed, thoughts racing) and more like a cat in a nice bright, sunny spot, near a window, surrounded by plants, purring.

this product is not pure Shilajit. it is mixed with some kind of gel. it has a runny consistency much like a light molasses. PURE shilajit is thick like tar. you get what you pay for I bought 3 ozs for almost $50. I will NEVER buy from this seller again and I do not recommend this product.. I cannot even return it. 😫
