Microsoft, Office Home And Business 2013 Box Pack 1 Pc 32/64-Bit, Medialess Win English "Product Category: Software/Business Suite"

This is the worst Amazon vendor experience I have ever had. This was Enterprise software which I was not told and when I first received it the Key would not work. Initially MSFT would not help and rendered the software useless. After days of trying to get MSFT to help I found a sympathetic MSFT employee that took control of my computer and somehow got the software to work. Now after downloading the latest Windows 10 update the software would not work. This time MSFT was adamant they could do nothing. The seller provided another Key which did not work. Then last two days later the seller offered now a THIRD Key which I refused. I told the seller I want a full refund. As of this moment I have not heard anything. This is a disaster.

Does not come with install DVD/ CD as advertised in the description. The picture shown is different than what I received. At the bottom of the box I received it says (Product key inside, No disc). Not a deal breaker, but cannot stand when the picture/ description does not match what's shipped.

I am happy about the fact that the program is working great. I didn't like the fact that I had some difficulties installing it in my computer. Also that it took a while to get the program validated. However, everything is good now. Thank you!

I had some issue with activating the program but the Vendor GOTO Electronics was very responsive and provided a quick answer and fix to my problem.The software was purchased to replace my old software which was lost when my computer crashed . The original was no longer supported by Dell / MS as it was included with my original computer purchase in 2013.I have used Office 2013 for years and is a great suite of products for both home and business.

Even though this is "and Business 2013" it is not compatible with Office 365 in any way. Specifically, you cannot have this Boxed, permanent license installed on the same computer or even virtual machine if you intent to a Microsoft Office 365 hosted Outlook account. Also beware, you only get 1 install attempt and no telephone support by Microsoft to resolve. You must have or create an @live.com registered account to install and use.

Product was advertised as containing cd and cost more than others that did not contain cd. Product arrived without cd. Very disappointed.

Just ordered 4 and received them with the 2 day shipping. Installation was simple and only took 5 minutes. VERY PLEASED!

Product showed up ahead of time, contents exactly as advertised, installed and activated instantly and effortless. Great overall experience.
