Onion Powder – 9.5 oz

This is my personal favorite onion powder that I keep coming back to. I've tried countless store brands, casero, McCormick, etc. and this is my favorite out of all of them. Sure, it's a bit more expensive than the generic kind you might buy at the store, but it seems much higher quality while still being cheaper than a lot of other options.The flavor is nice and potent without being overpowering, and the consistency of the powder mixes well into whatever dish you're using it with. The bottle is a good size and feels well-constructed and will probably survive a few drops onto the floor, and the sifter cap dispenses evenly but not too quickly. It's also a great size - just enough to have it for a while if you cook often, but not so much that you have to deal with an unwieldy bottle or let it sit for too long and lose some of its flavor.I don't know what Badia specifically does to their spices, but I've noticed with both their garlic and onion powders that they do not clump when used over a steaming pot while cooking, which means you get significantly more usable onion powder than most other brands.I'm glad Amazon offers Badia spices at competitive prices since they don't carry them at stores near me, and they always taste great and are really nice to cook with if you're particular but don't want to break the bank. Highly recommend!

I love this stuff - onion powder and garlic powder both. I use a good deal of each, and the biggest problem I always have with other brands is that they clump like cement before I'm halfway through the bottle. Not so with these guys - flavor is good, texture is correct, and they don't clump into an unusable ball of cement halfway through the bottle!

We like Badia products

I keep an array of spices, herbs and flavorings to enhance the flavor of our foods. The onion powder is a must have and I am always reaching for it to add to most of the foods I prepare. It's always fresh, flavorful and I really like the Badia brand!! It's my top preferred go to brand to make my foods taste amazing! I highly recommend it.
