I think the intended use is to make high heels slightly less unbearable, but I found it very useful for another purpose. Many of my shoes wear out on the inside heel upper before any place else, despite my efforts to be careful to fully unlace before taking them off or putting them on. And putting a pair of these on the heels when they start to go has prolonged the life of several pairs of shoes and boots by quite an extraordinary amount for such a cheap fix--a couple years so far, in at least one case (bought these first in 2021). It's not magic, and if there's an enormous tear it won't work, but it's a pretty impressive adhesive and does its job well. (For that reason, be careful to get it in the right spot the first time!) And the cushioning makes them quite comfortable as well. I don't generally have high expectations when I buy something from a brand I don't know on Amazon, but this has been the rare outperforming exception.

These saved my Doc Martens. I have several pairs of docs, and two pair of them have become almost unwearable because they will have my heels bleeding within about 5 minutes of walking.These heel pads are the perfect size and cushion, but most importantly they are extremely sticky. The inside of my boots are raw, rough-out leather, and other guards always come off. These are holding strong and haven’t slid at all!Great value and quality! I’ll definitely be purchasing more!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Hit or miss? They’re effective, but I’m in heavy construction and the adhesive wears off somewhat rapidly. My boots fit for a couple of weeks but then needed to replace the pads. Better than replacing the boots, I suppose🤷🏻‍♂️

I didn't even some something like these existed. I bought a pair a shoes that I lobe, they didn't have my size so I bought the next size up and I just figured I'd deal with it. I googled on "how to make loose shoesto fit" which directed me here. I was so happy to find these, they even came with 4 pair. I didn't know what to expect but I stuck them right on the back of the inside of of shoe and it literally changed my life!. First, they are so comfortable..and they do their job..they keep my foot from falling our if my shoes every step I take, they prevent blisters and I'll say it again, so comfortable. You just peel the sticker off and place them in your shoes and go. They dont slip, they stay in place and can easily be removed.

They worked to keep mom's 1/2-size too large new shoes on. Protects heels from blistering. Good adhesion and slipperiness. Nice design. Perfect size.

Have bought shoe cushions before. These have a nice cushion and easy to insert. Will give 5 stars after seeing how they wear.
