These work well on normally spaced teeth, but won't fit between some close teeth. In that case I use floss on those teeth. I tried the Stim-U-Dent Thin Picks, but found that they are very fragile and often break. If the thin version breaks off you may have to resort to floss anyway, so just start with the original Stim-U-Dent and use floss where they won't fit.

These keep me out of the periodontist chair. Enuf said.

This is really a good product. It has a mild mental flavor, but the best part is that there are 20 of them just like there are 20 cigarettes in a pack. I used these to get off smoking 48 years ago. I even hand them out on occasion to people who I know smoke in the hopes that it will help them. It also does a good job cleaning in between your teeth and strengthening your gums, but remember to just suck on it for a while to soften it up before using it.

My meds create plaque these easily remove it , was running out. great find. I slide along back teeth to remove stubborn plaqe.. perfect wont harm enamel
