I have a knee injury from running that I am trying to rehab. My doctor recommended icing the area but I wasn’t improving as quickly as I wanted to, nor did I feel like the icing did much. Wanted to see if this product would stay colder, longer. First off, it remains cold for an incredible amount of time and it gets SO cold. The difference in my knee inflammation is remarkable. The fabric is so silky and soft and the sleeve even has some stretch to it. I love this thing and my life has gotten so much easier thanks to it.

Unlike most ice packs that claim to be flexible, this one actually is. Both the sleeve (here) and the freeze sleeve "flat pak" are the best ice packs I have ever used. They retain cold or heat long enough for their intended use (but I wouldn't recommend it for keeping food cold).However, you shouldn't use the size chart included in the pictures based on height and weight. Instead, use the measurements in the product description under "Choose the Right Size!"

Recommended by PT son in law. Works well by using light compression with the cold. I keep it in the freezer as it takes up very little space so it's always available when needed.

This product is incredible. As someone that has struggled with getting ice packs to stay in place and just hate the struggles of velcro, these things are seriously the best ice pack solution I’ve ever used.

First, if you need to ice any body part this is the way to do it! The sensation is intense at first, but it quickly penetrates deeply like no regular ice pack can do. Years ago after a car accident I was in physical therapy and at the end of ever session he would hook me up to the ice therapy machine where my ankle was inside this sleeve connected to a tube and machine that would circulate super chilled air to my ankle. THIS compression sleeve ice application is as close to the effect of that machine as anyone can get.I find myself spending the last few hours of my shift at work (I’m a nurse), not looking forward to a nice hot bath like I used to but to getting to slide my ice sleeve on!…..well the bath too. Lol. But ice always!As for how this particular product stacks up to others like it, this one is the only one I’ve bought, so I’m not sure if it’s better or worse than other brands. However, I have No Need to ever try any other brand since this one performs perfectly! It freezes relatively quickly. I have multiple sizes so I can use them on different areas. I even got one big enough to use on my upper thigh (hip pain). If they made one big enough to slide my whole body in I would!….which would probably feel great after any type of abdominal surgery. I’m not sure how quickly it actually takes to freeze, but I know it’s always well chilled when I go to use it. The material itself is very sturdy and well put together. The product is nice and thick so there is a very good even amount of chilled material surrounding the limb. It do lay it flat in the freezer, but since it’s pliable, I’m sure it would be ok if it were stored folded over or something. Also, I make sure to store it in the recommended bag that it came with.All in all an amazing product for injuries, surgeries, or just plain muscle or joint pain relief. I have even bought them as gifts just so people I love can enjoy the relief from such an unequaled ice therapy! Highly recommend!

We love these, my daughter had ACL repair and as she started to move more the compression and ice were comforting and allowed her to not be tied down.

The compression sleeve is comfortable to wear and stays cold long enough to provide pain relief. Some pilling when the product arrived, but it still works great.

Have a recent meniscus issue. The freeze sleeve works exactly as advertised. A lot easier to use than ice and knee wrap. Plus the compression aspect is a plus!

Love the fit and the idea, but just doesn’t stay cold long enough. Ice pack typically last 20-25…lucky to get 10 minutes with this sleeve.

Used this as recommended and immediately noticed pain and stiffness in leg significantly reduced after day 2
