Worked so easily! I’ve been searching for an HDMI adaptor for my older Mac Air. Thank you for adding in the description this adaptor is for the pre-2018 models! I had to return a few that didn’t fit, and now I have something that finally works with that little square-ish port that’s never used.

I'm emotionally-attached to an old Macbook Air 13" laptop (a gift from my late dad..to celebrate a career change, at the time). - It still works great for light-browsing, Spotify, gmail, etc..As my eyes have caught-up to my age, I wanted to use a larger secondary display - and this Warrky adapter allows me to connect the laptop to HDMI monitors (using Apple's old "Thunderbolt" / mini-DisplayPort). Works flawlessly: rock-solid, full-HD display/connection (no flickering)! Thank you Warrky! - It's true what they say ("..it's the little things in life!")

Worked perfectly on a Surface Laptop 1 connected to a portable LCD screen via HDMI. This was a much cheaper option than a mini HDMI to mini DP cable.

My first order of Warrky product was a 4K DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. After witnessing the quality of the product, I then looked for Warrky products when I needed additional product during the past month with a total of 6 orders placed for 4 different products.When I had a question as to whether Warrky product would work with a HP zBook 15 Gen 1 notebook which I purchased in 2014 with Windows 7. Warrky researched the application of their product on my 2014 computer which was 8 years old, and advised that their product would work within less than 24 hours. Warrky continued to research and advised that there would be some limitations if my HP zBook was used with a HP Docking Station. The product worked with my computer and there are some limitations if I use my HP zBook with a HP docking station. In comparison, most vendors would have responded that Windows 7 is no longer supported!Warrky products and service are a breath of fresh air as I am simultaneous experiencing being ignored by Honeywell / Resideo after an update of the App for a Wi-Fi thermostat caused my thermostat to stop working as configured over one year after I purchased.

I decided to add my old Surface Pro 6 as a 2nd workstation & for RDP from my primary (Surface Pro 9) but the 29in ultra wide I bought for the Pro 6 wouldn't render correctly, it did a visual stretch. I tried different mini display port to HDMI cables, connected them to both the Surface dock and directly to the video port to no avail. Hence, did a search, discovered a lot of users had the same issue and the fix was to purchase a mini display port adapter. I didn't think it would work but I plugged in the Warrky adapter and, TADA, it worked right off the bat. The adapter can be plugged into both the mini display port and the dock.

Works perfectly.
