I bought and under the sink Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water and needed a gold toned faucet to match alll of the other finishes. This one worked great and I've been using it for a year no, no issues! I tested it for lead (qualitatively using reagents) and I didn't detect lead. I replicated the test a few times and lead was never detected. The handle functions well and it's very visually appealing! Great buy!

Installed this faucet for a customer of mine to match his existing faucet. After having the granite counter drilled, the installation was fairly easy. Like the fact that both the 1/4" and 3/8" adapters were included for hookup.

Amazing product and customer service

I bought this product last year. The installation is okay. It looked good and was shining. But the quality is really bad. The screw on the handler is broken to two parts after just a few months. Part of the screw is inside the handler cover which I cannot take it out. I am extremely disappointed. I hope the seller can ship the part so I can fix it without have to reinstall everything again.Updates: the customer service contacted me regarding this, and pointed out that it is not broken part, but a loose screw. After follow their instruction, I am able to fix the problem.

I needed something small and compact for the bar section in my basement. And this just solved the purpose. Great filtration and very compact. Would highly recommend.

I have installed countless of these at work and they work well and customers like them. I’ll keep buying them and installing them.

The media could not be loaded.  My husband installed this ro faucet in no time. It looks great and the size is perfect. Very happy with the water stream as well.

This is an EXCELLENT tap for our plumbed-in water filter....the original, a similar item just 4 years old, started to leak...well that's OK, just swap a washer or maybe even the cartridge, but no...it did not disassemble, was unserviceable and the whole unit had to be thrown away. The original supplier quoted £80 for a similar unserviceable replacement and told me "they are al like that nowadays". But this came next day from Amazon, elegant, very well made with all necessary fittings and tools, is entirely able to be serviced if and when it ever needs it, looks nice and I fitted it in minutes. I will not be using the original suppliers again.

Easy to Install. Works well. Counter fitting bolts are not the strongest. Need to re-tighten from time to time (about one a month).

This is a well made tap and nicely finished, although I did ask for the satin finish. It was supplied with all that was needed for fitting. My previous tap that had started dripping after a few years of use couldn't be repaired and this one seemed to be a good replacement. I wondered if I might have a problem with the tube fitting as the previous tap had an insert in the tube but I cut this off and the adapter that they supply fitted on the 6mm tube perfectly. You do have to make sure that the tube is pushed fully home. The small reel of tape that they supply is ideal for using in a small space in order to seal the thread.

Best little faucet around for the price. Better and more sturdy than the one that came with Watts RO system. Also it looks great!
