I've bought this exact pillow before and it was great. Full, firm, soft, and great support. So I purchased again thinking I would get the same. Wrong. The second time I ordered what I thought was the same pillow it came flat, squished and filled with something that feels lumpy. I can't recommend this pillow. I gave the second one away.UPDATE (2/9/21):The seller reached out to me and offered a refund. I was not expecting this and they went completely out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They are clearly willing to work with their customers to make sure they are satisfied.

This is made from what feels like 20 different stuffed animals...and when trying to put it inside a pillowcase it became very obvious that it was not the best quality. After unpacking, it opened up to the 72" that it stated. by the time I managed to get in the pillowcase, was three 20" sections, IF that long. I will probably return this tomorrow as it is not very good quality. Feels like poly-fill that you can buy in bags and they just grabbed a few of them and stuck them in the pillow casing.

I was hesitant to order. We have a 60" body pillowcase and the pillows that are advertised as being that size were substantially more expensive than this 72" pillow. So, I decided to buy this and if it didn't fit we could always alter it to make it smaller. I was thrilled that it fit perfectly without having to alter it at all. It would certainly still fit a longer pillow--it just made ours a little fluffier. This is for decorative spare room use only. Fluffy, full 60" long. Will be used rarely, more for decorative purposes only and will work perfectly for our space. The fluff in the pillow would break down quickly I believe if used to support a body on a daily basis but for decorative purposes its price and fluff content are perfect!

The pillow arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. Upon opening it, there was a very strong smell emanating from the pillow, similar to the smell of memory foam off-gassing, which I found odd as I specifically ordered this as it was NOT memory foam. I gave the pillow 24 hours to fluff up and air out, hoping the smell would dissipate as it expanded.I attempted to use it the following night and the pillow had fluffed up nicely. The fill was wildly inconsistent. It felt like there were pockets of polyfill spread out in the pillow rather than being uniformly disbursed. No matter how much I tried to fluff the pillow, it never felt consistent. It was decently supportive for my arthritic shoulder and hip, however.After two days the smell hadn't gone away so I followed the manufacturer instructions on the vacuum sealed bag the pillow arrived in: gentle wash warm. I was highly disappointed when I returned to my washer and the pillow had fallen apart, soaked polyfill clogging my entire washing machine. One of the seams had split, spilling a good three-quarters of the stuffing out during the wash. Cleaning out my washing machine and making sure it wasn't clogged with stuffing took several hours.Two stars because it was nice and fluffy as advertised, but inconsistently stuffed, and, ultimately defective. Amazon returnless refund processed, will look for a different pillow elsewhere.

I've purchased 4 of these pillows. Originally I bought a 60", and was pleased with the quality, so I ordered another 72" one.That one came with a couple of holes in it, but I figured it was just a fluke so I returned it and ordered another 72", along with a 60" for my mother.The second 60" one came in huge box with a ripped vacuum seal bag inside. After taking the pillow out, I noticed a distinct smell of perfume, and upon closer inspection the entire pillow was yellowed and had spots of mold and discoloration covering the whole thing. This is absolutely disgusting and a major health concern (what if the original owner had bed bugs? Or COVID?). If I purchase a NEW pillow, I expect a NEW pillow.Fingers crossed the final 72" pillow I'm expecting doesn't give me cholera or something. Please look for a different company to purchase your pillows from.

If you're buying this for your dakimakura it's perfect. nice length and so soft and squishy.DISCLAIMERbe wary when opening, it's vacuum sealed and it sucker-punched me with it's plush booty upon escaping it's confinement.

The 20" x 72" cushion is perfect if you want a nice firm but comfy dakimakura that will hold its shape. This was surprising to me, because before putting it in a peach skin case it seemed quite loose. However the non-stretchiness of the peach skin material combined with the extra length of the cushion, which is easily pushed into the bottom of the case, makes for a great combination if you're looking for a nicely filled out dakimakura. Also keep in mind that these kinds of cushions run a bit short (mine was 66" long), so I would recommend this one over the 20" x 60" for a 20" x 60" dakimakura for any fabric. I imagine it would be great for softer fabrics as well.

Arrived nicely packaged and on time, nothing wrong with the pillow itself as some others have stated they had (no tears, puckering, etc).Pretty firm, just what I wanted but I could see it being -too- firm for other people.Docked a star though as I ordered the 60" and figured it might be within an inch or two difference but mine measures out at 56".Do recommend, especially at this price, just be aware it might not be the exact size you order, it might even be much smaller.

The pillow arrived well packaged but the pillow its self was not fully filled. there were 2 large gaps where the filling was absent, possibly due to the folding that it receives during transport. I tried dry cleaning the body pillow as instructed but it still remained flat. shipping was decently fast.
