BEST CHOICE OUT THERE, painless, no bleed through, perfect adhesive
I spent $450 on different brands of silicone foam dressings, hydrocolloid bandages, gauze packs, and bandaids. Hands down the best option (cyst popped on backside). I’m a long haul trucker and had to buy a ton of different types and brands of dressings and bandages because I would not be able to get anything other than a bandaid at a truck stop. These are the best type and brand you can get. Just enough adhesive so they don’t slide when I’m getting in and out of the truck but not too much that I dread changing them. It is absolutely astonishing how painless they can make removing them these days. Very absorbent, lasts about 4 to 5 times longer than bandaids, not slimy like hydrocolloid dressings and DON’T BLEED THROUGH. Only wish I knew these were the best before I spent $450 on other dressings. Bought 10 boxes of this brand, used 3 or 4, all healed up.

Love these for the purpose of getting a bedsore healed
We bought these because we're taking care of our grandparents. Grandma is bedridden and diabetic pressure sores developed before we got here. These are outstanding for size, breathability while staying waterproof. Adhesive doesn't stick around the sides so tegaderm have to be used with it. Terrasil, great wound cleaners and this has brought skin back to the area and quick healing. We've used them on her heels too

Great product
My reviews for these are never approved but these are great for pressure sores. They help to give the area time to heal. Amazon seems to have an issue with pressure sores.

Perfect for wound dressing w/ trauma around the wound (bruising, swelling, sensitive skin)
Wound was caused by falling on a folded aluminum step ladder that had sharp edges. It was a slashed cut that undermined the skin in a right triangular area, where the skin only remained attached at the hypotenuse. The size of the undermined skin was about three inches on each side. It was sutured initially at ER but doctor later said that most of the undermined skin would die and come off but that there were enough growing layers underneath left to fill in most of the wound with new skin. These bandages are perfect for my home care of the wound while that is happening. They are foam so both absorbent and cushion the wound, and hold the medicated ointment that keeps it soft and growing into the wound. The edges are very sticky and yet peel off without irritating the bruised and swollen areas around the wound, are much easier for me to handle when changing dressings than the previous dressing materials that involved a non adherent pad held in place by rolled gauze bindings and paper tape, which often slipped out of place and made things worse. I got these before in a 4x4 size but those were a bit small, so these 6x6 size are perfect. Delivery was less than 48 hours after I ordered.

Not as good as the original
These do not stick as well as the original brand that hospitals use, Allevyn. They are too expensive to not stay stuck on place. They are utterly unforgiving if there is even though tiniest bit of moisture or ointment on the skin. My primary gave me the original brand to refill my stock, and I was much more pleased with how they worked.
