Good product and it does clean but I went over a few times to really remove about 97% on old crude left from past cooks. Hand washing of pad is time consuming but sufficient to use next time I thought enough about this cleaning technique that I ordered another for my daughter and her charcoal grill.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It does what it promises! It’s easy to use, highly effective, safe. Not sure exactly how long the pad will last, but I expect a considerable time. 100% happy with the purchase. I grill/smoke 3+ times/week. My grates have never been cleaner. Yours will be too.

Works pretty good. Cant scrub off super sticky stuff. But overall gets most stuff off grills. Strong fabric. Seems like it will last long.

Works incredibly well! Grill has never been cleaner. Took a minute to figure out how to remove the head to put it in the dishwasher after use but mastered it. My only complaint is there is no hole in the handle for hanging the brush on the grill making storage challenging. I put it in the grill, knowing I have to open the lid to start it.

We originally purchased this in 2023 and it worked well for about a year. In anticipation of a large tailgating event in May of this year, I bought a new one in April. On the day of the event, my husband went to clean the grill and the head of the brush broke instantly. Because I bought it in advance, I missed the return window by 5 hours :-/ I reached out to the company directly thinking they would refund me, but they refused and will only send a replacement. I agreed to that and just received the replacement head .... already broken still in the package. They definitely make these very cheaply. Do not recommend. Giving it 3 stars because the first one we had last awhile.

When It arrived the brush kept falling off the handle. It would not click on. I was going camping with my blackstone the next day so I still used it and returned it when I got home. Of course they accepted my return and sent me another one. (Yes the new one clicks in place) I think this is a great tool for the flattop for cleaning. Highly recommended

Great brush, cleans very well, well made. It soaked and held water well. It is very durable. Cleaned both my grill and Blackstone. A couple of rinses in the sink and then the dishwasher did the rest. Dried overnight. The only suggestion I would have is to place a hanging hole in the handle but that is easily done "aftermarket."

This is the absolute best grill cleaner I have ever used. I have a cast iron grilling area and this works perfectly. I love not worrying about little metal pieces staying behind and it just does the job.I would have given this 5 stars, but it had one design issue...there is not a way to hang it up with the rest of my tools. I'm actually thinking I will probably need to drill a hole I the handle and run something through, because it is a pain not having that. Otherwise, big thumbs up.
