A Great Wok for Small Families
This is a great wok for our 2-person household. It is well-made, the glass cover fits well and not too heavy for me small hands. We use it several times per week for stir-fry veggies. The important thing is that it works well on my induction stove. I don't use soap water on it, just rinse with very hot water and dry with paper towel. I use sesame or olive oil. So far, so good and nothing is sticking to it.

The search has ended...
I am happy to write a positive review of the ANEDER Frying Pan with Lid, Skillet, and Nonstick 10-Inch Carbon Steel Wok! As someone who loves to cook, I have been on the search for the perfect frying pan, skillet, or wok for some time, and I can confidently say that my search has ended with this wonderful product. One of the best things about the ANEDER frying pan is its size; at 10 inches, it's perfect for small kitchens or cooking for two people. It doesn't take up too much space on the stove, and it's easy to handle and maneuver. The nonstick surface is also a huge plus, as it makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. But what really sets this frying pan apart is its carbon steel construction. This material allows for even heating, which means that your food will cook evenly and you won't have to worry about hot spots. Additionally, the carbon steel is incredibly durable and can withstand high heat, making it perfect for stir-fries, sautés, and more. Finally, I love that this frying pan requires little to no oil when cooking. This is great for those who are health-conscious or who are trying to cut down on their oil intake. And when you do need to use oil, the nonstick surface means that you don't have to use as much as you would with other frying pans. Overall, I would recommend the ANEDER Frying Pan with Lid Skillet Nonstick 10 inch Carbon Steel Wok to anyone looking for a high-quality frying pan suitable for small kitchens or cooking for two. It's durable, easy to clean, and makes cooking a joy.

Great wok style pan
I bought this for my son who wanted a wok style pan. He uses it all the time and I have washed it and nothing ever sticks and it’s easy to wash than I bought one for myself

Love this pan w/ one exception
I have two of these woks that I have had for 4 years. I like the quality of the pans (still look like new although I do not put them in the dishwasher), clean-up is a breeze, it is a good size (yes, it is a little heavy) and generally enjoy cooking w/ it. The major problem that I have is that the wooden handle on the glass lid cannot be tightened down enough so that it does not turn. Therefore, when I am using the lid, it can happen that the handle twists, and my hand winds up directly over the vent hole. Really wish I could find a way to lock down the position of the handle to prevent this -- then it would be the perfect pan!!

The most 'ridiculous' non-stick wok/frying pan/pot
This cookware is by far the most outrageous 'thing' I've ever tried and wish I had found this one long time ago, and that would have saved me $$$ on buying the wrong alternatives. I thought it was a WOK (based on its design) but it serves multiple purposes as a frying pan, sauce pan or whatever you want to call it. Here are few things I truly find it amazing:1. Deep openingWhat that means is that I don't need to worry about any oil splatter or scattered food pieces that 'jump' out of the WOK while being flipped.2. Protective coating (non-stick layer)This is the mystery part I really don't understand, doesn't look like there's a coating on this carbon steel WOK but it works much better than the name brand hard-anodized cookware I have had. Me and my husband exercise all kinds of weird cooking techniques, this WOK has never failed us. Not to mention, easy maintenance, this WOK doesn't need to be seasoned.3. Cook food faster than you expectedThis WOK carries a certain amount of weight, not featherlight not overly heavy either. Definitely lighter than the traditional WOKs I've had (one of them is imported from an Asian country). If you consider the average thickness of material used by a hard-anodize cookware is 'proper', and this WOK is supposed to be 'thinner', but still gets cooking jobs done brilliantly in a timely manner.4. A perfect match for our glass top stoveThe diameter of this WOK (bottom) is almost same as the size of the 'drip bowl', not sure if that explains why cooking is extremely efficientIn summary, this is the cookware I would absolutely recommend. I would also suggest that use a quality silicone spatula to pair with it.

Outstanding!
Only 36 bucks for this amazing pan? The bargain of the year. Use it as a pan. Use it as a wok. performs like a champ. Fixed scrambled eggs this morning on low heat. Delicious. Cleanup is a breeze.Pan heats up VERY quickly on low/medium heat. have not cooked using the lid yet. Stir frying is a dream with the flat bottom and high sides. Excellent design. Wooden or plastic utensils only. NO metal. We prefer wood. 100% pleased with this pan. If you are shopping for a pan, this is the one to get.Highly recommended. Happy cooking.

Unsafe for cooking
Used the pan for the first time and the cooked surface peeled off and now is rusty!I am not sure the coating has gone into the food which had lime in it and so the prepared food is not edible.Unsafe and the pan has two demarcation, cooked surface is rusty and the uncooked ( above the level of the food) portion looks original color! This is poor quality!!
