For the price this is a surprisingly good chair. I waited to review this so I could get some decent "seat time" in it...For background, I broke my back in 3 places years ago and have a REALLY hard time finding chairs I can sit in for any length of time. I needed a chair to work in and took a chance on this one.The quality is surprisingly good for a chair at this price. The cushion is comfortable and the mesh back is nicely supportive. The lumbar support doesn't do much as it's set too far back to really be effective, but the shape of the frame and sturdy mesh back do a good job of supporting this area.It is not made for taller people (I'm 6'2") so the headrest at its highest only makes it to my lower neck/upper back. It is a bit narrow, and I wish the armrests adjusted out, but it's comfy enough and I can't complain.The piston and tilt are solid! I'm 210lbs and this thing doesn't slide or leak down at all after a few months sitting in it. I tightened the tilt up considerably and it hasn't loosened at all either.For the price, this is a great home office chair. Comfortable to sit in for hours, sturdy and supportive. My kids have asked me to buy more for the desks in their rooms!

Just got this chair today (3/21/23) so I can’t give a full review, but I’ll make sure to post an update.Easy to assemble, and I mean it. The bolts all fit in place, instructions were clear as day, and they even pack some nice gloves for you to wear while assembling it (definitely gave “White Glove service”). As I analyzed some of the parts there were scratches and I was a little concerned, I don’t want this to brake down on me. Height of the chair is perfect and the mesh / fabric felt good. The seat was comfortable when I first sat. Let’s see how it will be working from home for 8 hours. Adjustable arm rest are a go for me.(I’ll post an update after a month of using)***Update 7/14/2023***Chair has been great so far. Very comfortable, when laying back on the chair it is very sturdy. So far no complaints. It does have a bit of squeaky noise to it now but maybe a bit of WD40 will come in handy. Mesh is still holding up and seat cushion continues to be firm. Changed from four stars to five.

Update - March 22, 2204: I was able to contact the company through their website. It took a couple of phone calls and emails before I heard back. Finally, after a few email exchanges, they offered to send me a brand new replacement chair free of charge. I've been using it for over a week now and it works great! I hope it doesn't break down again, but I'm happy they came through with good customer service. I am leaving 4 out of 5 stars because the chair did break before the warranty and they were a little slow in responding, but ultimately they did the right thing by replacing it. Will I buy another chair from this company in the future? It depends how well the replacement chair holds up. Next time, I might look around at other options, but I'm optimistic.Below is my original review.I bought this in April 2023. I'm writing this review March 1, 2024. The chair broke a few days ago. The gas cylinder is broken and the chair wobbles terribly. It's become very uncomfortable. I had a very favorable outlook on this chair in the beginning but I'm sad it didn't last longer, as I found it very comfortable up until the point it broke. For reference, I am well below the maximum weight listed for this product. I have not abused it in any way.Looking over the Customer Q&A's I see other people complaining about various parts of the chair (armrests, wheels, etc). Customers are directed to contact Noblewell through their official Amazon store. But guess what? There is nothing on their store other than ads for their other chairs. When I click on the warranty details on the product page I'm told to contact the seller directly. After some poking around I found their website. I filled out a form describing my problem and sent it. Presumably it goes to someone in China. I have yet to hear back from them.

LOVE THIS CHAIR!!! So many ergonomic chairs are overpriced, so I was afraid of the price tag on this thinking it was cheap for a reason. I ordered it, and assembled it really easily (huge kudos to the manufacturer for actually including extra bolts just in case). It's lightweight, so you're not throwing your back out whenever you're assembling it. After assembly, I sat it in, and my back immediately thanked me. It's super comfortable, and has all of the adjustments you need. If you're looking for a good ergonomic chair that's priced reasonably, get this!!Pros:- Easy to assemble- Lightweight- Adjustable- Mesh - very comfortable- Cheap priceCons:- Headrest, that's really all I have. I wish the headrest could move higherAwesome chair. I put it to the ultimate test, by doing my first ever 24 hour stream the day I got it, and wow I'm glad I upgraded for that 24 hour stream, my body would have been deformed if I stayed in my original cheap chair. The mesh is incredible because it keeps you nice and cool rather than woven cloth or leather that gets really warm. Just buy the chair already, your back and wallet will thank you.
