Worth it
I shopped for these months ago, but ended up buying the GreenBoxes because they were less expensive. They didn’t work all that well, though, so I decided to buy a set of these, just to see if there was a difference. Boy howdy, was there... my strawberries have lasted for a week and a half without molding, and I didn’t even have them in the produce drawer. (Containers are a bit tall for that.) Blackberries are going on a week so far, and look perfect.I bought the boxes d/t COVID; usually I just buy what I can eat in a few days, but now, I’ve been going every 10-14 days to the store. That means buying more produce at a time, and worrying more about waste. These have been fantastic. I bought another set of bigger and smaller ones, and just ordered a third. They’re not cheap, but I do love the fact that they are well made, not thin plastic. They are also good without any expensive replacement filters, unlike a certain pricey rival. These are sturdy, much easier to open than the Green Boxes (which matters when you don’t want to send everything flying across the floor), and wash really easily by hand. The newer kind doesn’t have a little perforated tray; they just changed the design to have a bumpy floor in the container. It works beautifully, and it’s nice not to have to clean the tray, too. But I have both kinds now, and both work well.Considering the amount of delicate produce waste I was seeing before this, they’re worth it. I can now save $, buy my berries at the warehouse club, and keep them in these long enough to eat them. I can have more than one type of berry or vegetable at a time with these to extend their life. For a single person, that’s a big deal. I’m most impressed with how they are for berries, but they’re pretty good for delicate mixed greens, too. Getting rid of the others, and replacing with these.FYI: each of these strawberry sized boxes holds 16 oz of strawberries perfectly. I buy the 2 lb box, and use 2 containers. For best results, take out the soft/damaged ones; they’re not going to recover, will just hasten spoilage of others. But the good berries stay good for longer. Love the smaller size (2.5 cup) for 6 oz containers of raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries, even jalapenos or other fresh things that might need to hang out for a while in the fridge.

Fresh Veggies For Sure!
These containers keep vegetables fresh for days. Keeps salad crisp when stored without dressings longer. I only wish they had more options for buying smaller contrainers.

They work
I wasn't sure if these would really do much, but with the amount of berries my kid eats, it was worth a shot to keep them fresher, longer. I've found that placing produce in these containers will typically double their lifespan in the fridge - especially berries and greens. For as much produce as my family consumes, these have easily paid for themselves, and I have since bought multiple sizes.

mixed reviews
I bought this set to keep fruit fresher longer. I went through 2 packages of strawberries in less than a week, so these containers do not keep strawberries fresh any more than the package they come in. I also used these for grapes. They have stayed fresh the entire time. Firmer produce will do better with these. (I also have the older type, with the removal slotted tray in the bottom. For firmer produce, these are definitely better. Less moisture in the container.)

Best way to make your fruit last: here's how
We always buy our fruit in bulk, which obviously means that we've end up with leftover spoiled fruit. For years I have tried every method to make our fruit last the longest... and these containers are the winner. The key is how you prepare your fruit before putting it in the container:1. Soak your strawberries (or other fruit) in a mix of vinegar and warm water. Let them sit for 10 minutes.2. Drain and rinse the fruit.3. Put them on paper towel and let them dry *completely*. This is crucial. If they are wet when you put them in the fridge, they will go bad. You can either let them sit out, or pop them in a salad spinner with paper towels to speed up the process, this is what I do.4. Put a paper towel at the bottom of the container to collect any extra moisture, and pop them in the fridge. If you see a lot of condensation form inside the container after putting them in the fridge, then they weren't dry enough when you put them in.The container *almost* fits a 2LB pack of strawberries, you can see the leftovers that didn't fit in my first image. It's easy to clean, and looks nice in the fridge. All in all very happy with my purchase and will be buying more!
