I found the boots to be too large and difficult to walk in. I had to buy insoles to make my feet stop sliding in them. With sheepskin insoles they fit well and are very warm.

Nice boot, well made, toe a little narrow for my fat toes, I had to send them back, To nice for out side in the mud and muck.A wonderful boot for going to town.

These are absolutely wonderful. I have worn them all day for several days in a row and can't say enough about the comfort. Wish they made the type of shoe I wear because I would buy them - hands down.

Nice leather waterproof boot that is also warm. Also have the taller leather waterproof boot that I love!

Put these on and wore the all day first time out. Season ended before I could test warmth and dryness but they appear to be good.

These boots look and feel amazing but the opening was too narrow for my feet. The shoe size was correct but I could not push my foot in. I returned and reordered a size up from my normal size.... they fit better but still a bit snug to get in but I like the look and can’t go any bigger in size. Also they have a good grip in the snow.

These are amazing! Ive bought them in the past twice already. I commute on foot alot and with horrible long winters in Canada need reliable warm footwear. These are always a favourite and Im a frequent user until the soles are destroyed. Given my daily frequent use they'll last me through 2 winters impeccable approx. (definitely longer for your reg. Joe). Mind you I commute with transit and always on foot going everywhere. Always stay warm, never have leaks and the grip is great for icey patches too. I personally feel like superwoman in these through the winters given I can walk through anything.

These boots are lightweight and very easy to put on, a little harder to take off, but still okay. I am a senior and so I was looking for ease of use as well as material. Not as sure about the warmth, as I find my feet feel cool and it really isn't even winter here. Moisture protection seems to be okay as we have had lots of snow already this year.Find the shoe part a little stiff but I am sure once I wear them more, it will improve.

I just bought my second pair of these Cougar boots. The first pair I purchased in 2010, and they lasted well through daily winter wear and remained completely waterproof until this month, January 2018. I like the low heel for stability, and the grippy sole for ice. I also like that the insole removes for insertion of orthotics. The boots are quick and easy to put on and take off - no zipper, laces, etc and they have convenient pull loops at each side of the top. As explained on the manufacturer's tag, these boots are not meant for standing around in very cold weather, but they are great for light winter wear.

Love the boot.Gave 3 stars the design of the boot makes it very difficult to put on and take offIt's very narrow fit at the back. Hard to get your ankle in.Bought my regular size 8 fits well once I am able to get on with much struggle.Would have changed it for one size up but they didn't have it.Now I am trying to have it stretched out at the back for additional cost.
