I keep Ginger root in every form, on hand, all the time. I'm really impressed with this brand. I can tell by the appearance and smell that this is a high quality, organic product. Keeping it on hand in this dried form makes it easy to use in tea form. The health benefits are endless when it comes to Ginger. It's great for nausea, so I always mix it with mint and lemon to make a tea, then use that as a base in rock candy to make lollipops for my grandsons for when they get sick. The mint also helps with nausea. The sugar gives them a boost of energy. I wrap them individually and then put them in Mylar bags with oxygen reducers, so they always have some on hand at the start of school. Organic ginger, especially quality organic ginger such as this, is always a great value. Ginger is probably the most beneficial herb known to man. Plus, it's a great tasting herb!

Delicious! I've ordered these before and I will again. Even just eating some of these mini chunks instantly gives this nice, wholesome, burning feeling in one's throat. I'm drinking it as tea, straight, or mixed with hibiscus / turmeric+licorice root etc.

I brew a combination of ginger tea with green and hibiscus every day. This ginger tea smells wonderful, and the ginger flavor bursts through. The packaging is excellent, easily resealable and keeps it fresh.

Real root ginger. Tastes authenticI have this item on subscription but the bag i received previously was brown and the roots were not powdered. Now they fit through the strainer and i don’t understand the purpose behind grinding the roots so fine that they are difficult to filter for a cup of tea. For that reason I’ll give it 4 stars.
