Well made adapter. Tested with both Nest Hello and SimpliSafe's SimpliCam Video Doorbell Pro Model SSDB3. The break in the cable allows you to add the OhmKat remote chime, which is a nice feature.

An excellent solution to not having a wired door chime in your home. Great value for money and easy to install, you do not need a professional to re-wire your home just to install a video doorbell. This is plug and play then forget. The automatic short testing light is a real bonus and puts my mind at ease. I saw all the cheap alternatives that promised to work the same but I did not want to take the risk. Buy cheap buy twice.

I've had two. First worked for 3 months, no problem, as soon as having some work down and power turned off by the mains, it didn't want to work again. Bought a new one and it worked for a week and then gave up also when the mains were turned off. No luck getting doorbell working again so purchased a battery one.

Works perfectly, very quiet and doesn’t run hot. Very expensive for a transformer but having wasted £20 on another one that was supposedly the right power rating but buzzed like mad, I would suggest saving yourself the hassle and going straight for this one.

If you need power adapter for google nest battery doorbell this is one to buy.No buzzing sound or overheating like cheaper Chinese power adapters.Easy to install ,do not need to charge the doorbell.Can set every setting to max and don't worry about battery life.

Using this transformer with a Logitech Circle View Doorbell imported from the US into the UK and it's been working flawlessly. Not loud or warm at all unlike a previous one I bought which I returned for those reasons.
