I use something exactly like this in physical therapy for my shoulder, but couldn’t replicate the stretch at home so I decided to buy one. It’s perfect! I use it for my frozen shoulder to get my arm to reach behind my back since I’ve lost the ability to do it on my own. This is also great for doing leg stretches, as it is quite long. Considering there are many others just like this for more money, this was a great deal. Plus I love purple!

I've been in physical therapy for the past 3 months now for a ruptured quadricep where the therapist recommended that I get a strap like this to use for my home and gym rehab exercises. Really handy in both the weight and rock climbing gym as well as home. I have another brand as well but this one has loop sizes that fit easily over my shoes and are easier to grab with the stretching hand.

I'm practicing my flexibility and decided to purchase to help me stretch for doing the splits. I used something similar to this in my ballet class to keep me flexible but it was elastic so I thought this would be perfect.... AND IT IS! I stretch every night and sometimes mid day and when I received this today, I did all the 9 stretches that come on the pamphlet. I may have cracked every bone in my body but I feel so much better and will be adding this in my routine nightly stretches.

I am doing physical therapy and they suggested I use a towel to do a gentle stretch on my calves/Achilles tendon. I did the towel thing for a bit, but then I saw this. It is much better than a towel. You can get better leverage on the stretch with this strap. it is not a "stretchy" strap (no give), so it is not for exercising, but for stretching! Very handy!

Identical to the “original” stretch strap (green) for $5 less (worth it to me)! You can look online for stretches to do although it comes with a little card. The “original” strap comes with a booklet and easy to follow/see exercises, but for $5 savings, I looked it up myself. Would definitely buy again!

I purchased this strap for doing stretches like they do in Physical Therapy. It is similar to the one they use in PT.Has been very helpful in the recovery of my knee injury. I would highly recommend.
