It was somehow a hassle to install but overall good quality
The items work fine and look very good but the installation with the small allen is a total headache. This requires a lot of patience to tight and a very small tool even for small hands.

I am very happy with the quality and value of this set.
Easy to install. Bright and shiny chrome. Just what I wanted for my new bathroom. Delivery was fast too.

Quality and good looks for the price.
I like the quality and install ease. The only thing I didn’t like was the “rattle” of the towel bars in the side supports. I put a small piece of felt pad in the bar holes to wedge them right and avoid the rattle. Otherwise, they are beautiful.

great purchase for my guess bathroom
Product as described, not as sturdy as I thought but will work for my guess bathroom. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Great set
I had it installed, but was told it was pretty simple. It looks very nice. It’s just been up a little while, so I can’t say how long it will last.

Pieces missing.
This towel bar set is "as advertised"- not glittzy, a good value for the $. The supplier is giving me the run around about providing two small missing parts (a wall bracket and a end post)-wants pictures of the partial installation!

Very nice for the price
Like everyone else said the template that comes with it makes the install super simple. They are beautiful. However, the screws that come with them are garbage. They strip really easy because the heads don't fit a small or large driver--flat or phillips and they are way too long for where I was putting them. If you actually hit a stud be prepared to use a screwdriver because a drill has too much power and you'll strip the screws.
