Work great, and lite weight
I used these while out hiking. It was lightly raining, I was able to collect about 2.5 liters over about 1.5 hours to 1 hours. A smart bottle or any pop bottle can screw on. I set them on the ground where the water ran off my tarp. I has a tab inside to hange if desired.

A 5 Star Product for Hammock Campers
Although not a new product, this item is perfect for the hammock camper that is always in need of water.

Cool idea
These are a cool add on to any camping set up. I live in Tennessee and it seems to rain on every trip so this was a way to make lemons into lemonade. I did add a niteize mini S-biner to make hanging easier. These work great on my eno housefly rainfly, I would and have recommended these to friebds.

Just add water (rain)
These are very light and will provide years of fresh water every night it rains. With the added benefits of keeping the tarp taut.

Make sure you have 4!
Currently using these with 1 liter plastic water bottles and a Hennessy rainfly. Definitely recommend for anybody that camps in a hammock. Assuming that there is rain before/with the heavy wind, these little guys are worth their weight in gold! Logistically speaking, you need to have your rainfly in a set up that you would be comfortable in if it lightly rained to stay dry and also leave enough slack (not over tensioned) in your tie down to actually lower for best results. I always boil the water before consumption as a habit. "What goes up, must come down" goes for water pollution too guys! Lol.

Worked like a charm!
These worked like a charm! I attached them to my rain fly on a 7 day trip up the Allagash Waterway. I wouldn't drink it but I had clean water to wash my hair. Pretty useful, especially if you have no water purifiers.

keeps you dry in your hammock without adding weight
Great innovation! Lightweight, but keeps you dry in your hammock if there’s rain by keeping your rainfly tight. I take them every trip regardless of the forecast. I just always buy two bottles of water to bring for the trip in, then the empty bottles get stashed in a pocket of my pack to attach if it rains.
