The phone stays without signal most times, I have to switch it off and on to get the signal,so I'm not happy as my previous phone never gave me this kind of problem

Touchscreen functionality malfunctioned
I have not had this phone for long. The touchscreen functionality died one week ago. I am now unable to use the phone as I am unable to put in any information to unlock it from when it was turned off. At this stage it must get the password input and not only the fingerprint to unlock the phone for use. I am extremely disappointed. This phone is otherwise good. Takes excellent photos etc. There was no warranty on the phone, so at this point I am unsure how to proceed to get the phone repaired if it is reparable.
