Very good value. =Great= seller!
These are a very good value. I filled them with 1-2" pond rocks, up to maybe 4" from the top so that they would close and could be folded down when in place. The handle is sewn such that the bags can be lifted with weight inside and stay closed. When filled this way, each of mine weigh about 20lbs.I need to say something about the company who sold these when I bought them (Eurmax). I had a problem with one of four bags, being incorrectly sewn. It still worked; it just didn't close properly, and with the way the handle on this one was sewn, it would pull open the bag when lifted with weight. I explained this issue to Eurmax, using the link provided by Amazon. Eurmax responded promptly and politely. They requested a picture, which I provided. Then they promptly sent a replacement bag, overnight. Actually a set of them, which was much more than I expected or needed. No doubt they spend more on me than I paid, so I wanted to give them a shout out. This is a top notch company.

Easy to Fill - Easy to Use
These sand bag anchors worked very well. We recently had a canopy tent set up for an entire week at a county fair and never had any problems with wind affecting the tent. The seal on the bag is excellent and didn't leak even the slightest bit regardless of some rough handling of the bags. Each bag has four velcro strips which create a good bond to canopy legs. Very pleased with these.

Very impressed.
Worked well. I bought 2 sets to hold a 20x30 canopy and a 16x20 canopy. We actually had pretty high winds and the held true and did not allow movement which I have found movement makes canopies start to have failures.*** Also note you must put sand in the bags to function properly for the idiot's who will just attach a 4oz bag to a 20x30 canopy and expect a miracle.

Good response time replacing a factory defect!
Three of the four were ok, but one split the seam the first time we filled it with sand. The company was great and replaced the defective one right away. Thanks!

A Good Photography Light Stand Bag
Yes, these work well for holding down pop up canopy legs; but, I've repurposed them for my tripods and light stands. I simply fill each sand bag using two 1 gallon size ziplock bags. (I use pea gravel as fill instead of sand because the gravel would be easier to clean up if you happen to have a catastrophic failure of both the sand bag and a ziplock.) Using two ziplocks in each bag allows them to fold nicely in half like a traditional saddlebag style sand bag for quickly dropping on a tripod or C-stand leg. But, the added benefit of using these bags instead of the saddlebag style is that I can use the bag's leg fasteners to make sure the sand bag isn't going to slip off the stand leg... giving just a little more peace of mind using a tripod on a windy day.The reason I docked this review one star was because the material and construction of these bags doesn't seem to be overly robust. They are only single stitched, with just the single velcro closure at the top. I turned each bag inside out and gorilla taped the bottom seam; and put 10 lbs less weight in each bag than they are rated for, because I don't trust they would hold 28 lbs for long. But, they were pretty cheap, so I'm not complaining.
