Works well for beginners
Build quality is pretty good. Seasoning went well and the humidity level is preserved steadily. Be mindful of the space inside - won't work if you have too many cigars. Definitely recommended.

damaged hygrometer
the hygrometer is damaged? since day 1 it is stuck on 24% humidity. i used an other hygrometer and placed it inside the box humidity reading is 95%, the stock one stayed at 24%!?thank you elegance case, they send me a new hygrometer and a very nice gift directly, i appreciate your after sale follow up and planning to buy more products from them. respect.

Delivered in pieces. Very fragile. Spent 2 hours to fix all the items. Missing pieces like the black plastic piece that retain the Battery. Very low quality.

Excellent quality and support
I was having some issues maintaining proper humidity levels and I contacted Case Elegance customer support and Jon helped me solve the issue by moving the humidor to a cooler location, adding the appropriate amount of beads and solution and resetting the hygrometer. Now my humidor is maintaining the right level of humidity for my cigars. Very happy and highly recommend!

Reçu l'article avec un petit défaut, le vendeur très réactif et sympathique m'a immédiatement proposé une remise commerciale. Bravo pour son professionnalisme.Concernant l'humidor par lui-même, la conception et les matériaux sont de très bonnes qualités.Comme indiqué dans la notice, après une période de stabilisation de quelques jours, ma cave à cigare est stable à 72% depuis, ce qui est parfait pour mes vitoles.Avec son tiroir, la vitre transparente, l'humidificateur invisible et l'afficheur en façade, cette cave à cigares et parfaite pour ceux qui m'ont pas une quantité industrielle de vitoles à conserver.Je conseille sans problème, tant cet humidor que ce vendeur.

Mi sono avvicinato da qualche mese al mondo dei sigari, e devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla qualità di questo umidificatore. Compatto, solido, con igrometro e termometro.

Great humidor at good price
Easy to season humidor with great value. I replaces my twenty year old humidor with this one from Case Elegance and I am very happy with how easy it is to season so that my cigarrs are maintained at perfect humidity without having to always maintain and monitor the humidity level.
