I want to shout it from the rooftops. I had my first full night's sleep without having to make several trips to the bathroom last night. This is the first time in many, many years. I have kidney stones and because of it, my system is really irritated all the time. I had given up on sleeping through the night. I had tried prescriptions for over active bladder and they give me cramps, plus they only worked so-so for me. I still had to dread sneezing hard or laughing too hard in public. I was going through pads like water. And now I don't. I have been on them for less than a week. If you have over active bladder, imagine yourself being free of the constant trips to the bathroom and the embarrassing leaks. Give this a try. I am so happy I did.

The article I read about this product lead me to believe I would see benefits after 3 days. 3 days came and went, no improvement. After a week I gave up and stopped taking it. A few months later I decided to try again, as I was desperate. Again no improvement after a week, but this time I kept taking it. AFTER 3 WEEKS I saw improvement! Instead of 3 trips to the bathroom each night, I am down to 1 trip. I can get through the night with no trips if I dehydrate myself for 5 hours before bed, which I do not like to do. So I want folks to know, keep taking it as improvement may take a while to kick in. Also, if I skip a day I do not backslide, a nice benefit.

I started using this last summer (Sept 2021 I believe) and have not missed a single day taking a cap. (today is March 20, 2022). I used to get up every 1 - 2 hours during the night to use restroom. I now have had 4-5 hour spans. I'm dreaming again. Sleeping so much better. Very grateful for this!UPDATE: I looked up how long I could take Sagepro as I've been taking for months. I noticed NO side effects but wanted to be sure. I saw it was recommended to use for 30 days - and it said that if no relief came, this supplement probably wouldn't work. I did not experience relief in 30 days, but as I continued to take 1 pill a day for several months, I did experience relief. At first I went from 1-2 hours per night, to 3 hours, to 4 hours, and have gotten as high as 5 hours a few times, but that is rare. And I think in my case, normal bladder behavior. I drink lots of water/teas.

At first it didn't seem to help at all but continued to take it and have noticed I can control leaking better than before. Guess you can't expect overnight miracles but a lot safer than prescription drugs pulled off market. Not perfect but helps more with continued use. Will be buying more in future.

This stuff really works but it took about 2 - 3 weeks to see results for me and then I didn’t have another bottle... so buy 2 bottles or at least the 60 count bottle! For those of us that are financially challenged... I rationalize the cost this way ( as a Woman, Less $$ spent on pads). I haven’t had any Sneeze ,Laughing or Coughing Surprises. I feel I may be taking Saga Pro for a while but it has improved the quality of my life. Not crazy about the name, though. This product does tone your urinary tract muscles so it could help with some other urinary tract issues! In this day of Doctors suggesting Surgery at the drop of a hat, I’d rather spend a few bucks trying Natures Remedies first!Terry Naturally is a reputable company and its formulas are well combined to be most beneficial. (No, not paid for this but their “Curamin” is another good product for pain & inflammation which works well with Saga Pro depending on the situation!
