Best chair on the matket
The best chair I've ever had!

Chair won’t stay up after 3 1/2 months.
Chair was comfortable and seemed ok. But about 3 months after purchase it suddenly started to drop down. You can put it back up and it will stay up a while. But then suddenly a day or 2 later it drops again. For $275 you’d think it would last longer then 3 months.I already contacted Amazon and the seller but they both say only 30 day warranty. I can’t even find a way to contact Amazon customer support for a return or credit on this pos.So save your money, time and frustration.

Comfortable
I bought this office chair because my old one was not comfortable. This chair is perfect

Good for hours of desk work at a time.
I’m a film editor so I spend hours at my desk and I recently saved my cheeks and back by upgrading to this beauty. I actually went to Office Depot and test rode like 25 chairs and this was the winner for me, but at Office Depot it was $300. I took a pic of the tag and looked it up at home and it was $125 less here. Winner!

Do not buy
Horrible. Shipping/delivery was delayed for about two weeks. Missing an arm rest, the tube to connect the seat to base. Don’t trust the other reviews.

Enjoyed this chair until Recently
This chair performed very well for most of two years until the last 3 months. Now the pneumatic tube at the base of the chair is failing to hold the chair at the desired height. Little by little (in about an hour) it drops down to its lowest setting. I tried using duct tape to hold it in place but that did not work. Would be great it there was something the company could do for me!

It's fine
The chair seat is very comfortable, the back is not. I had to add a pillow for lumbar support because the chair did not fit me well. If leaning back in the chair, it is very comfortable, but sitting upright, the back is just not supportive. The arms are height adjustable and are somewhat hard and not comfortable to rest your arms on for an extended period of time. The wheels rattle when moving around, which is just a small annoyance, but no big deal. The chair is height adjustable and raises up quite high which I really like. Overall it seems good quality and will last though I'm interested to see how the material of the seat wears. It feels really nice and I'm hopeful it is durable.
