Reads and writes like a beast!
Works well with my MacBook Pro, IPad Pro, windows desktop&laptop. Love how portable and quick it is. This is definitely designed for photography! Great gift ideas for those either getting into photography or is already in the trade/hobby.

works well, sometimes doesnt let go of the second card even when ejected by windows
this worked pretty well, even recognized v60 sdcards. no issues with data transfer and cloning cards.but when you tellcwindowa to eject the cards it only ejects the left one. the led stays lit on the right on so you cant unplug it without risking data loss. (workaround is to power dpwn your computer bit thats not very practical).

Great or downloading 8 SD cards.
I download SD cards from multiple (up to 30 or more at an event) photographers with additional purchase of the requisite "pucks", I can download 8 cards at a time with only a slight hit in speed compared with downloading them on my 4 individual Kingston readers. The pucks could fit and lock into the base a bit better as it is easy to pull the entire puck out when removing the SD cards. So far I am happy with the product.

Perfect Work station!!!
The Kingston Station and readers was a great solution for my work flow. I am able to transfer all my footage from my weddings to Dropbox and my NAS system at the same time. Before I was able to dump 2-3 cards at at time but now with these readers i am able to dump up to 6 cards at a time. Haven't done a proper speed test but honestly I just leave all the card to transfer and forget about it.

Not as fast as advertised
Tested this with my regular $15 USB card reader. My cheap USB card reader is way faster than this.

The best MicroSD reader with several IMPORTANT unadvertised features
The media could not be loaded. This is the best MicroSD card reader I've found. If you have multiple action cameras, GoPros, drones, or dashcams you need to copy files from, you need this. Two MicroSD slots makes a big difference because it means no more fiddling with adapters. Each slot has its own independent blue LED. Constant lit means the card is recognized, blinking means files are being copied, and when you eject the card the LED turns OFF!That's a huge feature because Windows 10 no longer makes it clear to the user when a card is ejected. Since the two readers are separate, you can eject and remove one card while the other is still transferring files and there's no ambiguity over which card is copying. Several times in the past with other readers I've removed the wrong card accidentally because they don't indicate what's going on. It may sound like a minor thing but if you copy a lot of files the LED lights are really helpful!Plus I've discovered it works with the iPad Pro using the included USB-C cable and the reader shows up in the Files app as Untitled

Reads two cards at once both above card's rated read speeds
With a SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO SDXC UHS-I rated for 170MB/s this reader will read anywhere from 250MB/s to 900MB/s. It's so fast I can edit 4K footage directly off of the cards. It's changed my whole workflow around. Highly recommended. Exceeded all expectations.I have it plugged directly into my motherboards USB-C port for max bandwidth.

Transfers fast with one card only
I bought the dual-card reader and although it transfers one card around its theoretical max of about 160 MB/s, if I try to transfer two cards simultaneously, I'll still get about 160MB/s total (80 and 80). It doesn't advertise that it can do better, but I was hoping this would replace the ProGrade one I bought that said it can (and does), but also throttles my SanDisk cards to 90MB/s regardless of how many cards I have in.

Un lector decente para las UHS-II
Después de probar varios lectores asequibles, éste si que aprovecha la velocidad del las tarjetas UHS-II, pero hay que conectarlo usando un cable rápido o no rendirá como debe.
