There is a fan inside the unit that keeps it at a regulated temperature, but it is noticeably loud. If your going to give presentations or watch things at a low volume, then people will definitely be aware that the fan is present. It does have a good picture and plenty of inputs.

Nice projector im happy with my purchase just what i expected

Instructions are not very good. I can not get the MENU of the videos on the USB drive to leave the screen. Videos appear to be showing a preview in the USB menu but you cant get the video to play in full screen. There is a FLIP button, which, when pressed rotates the image at full screen but the underlying MENU of videos on the USB stays on the screen overlapping the main image. UGH!!! Im going to have to return this item.

Picture is good. We use it outside for outdoor movie nights and even with the ambient light of the city the picture is still great! Great product for this price!
