This is an old school colon cleanser that has been around for a long time. It takes weeks to get through this program, and I doubt most have the patience to do this. The taste of the shake is pretty bad, and I had a hard time getting it down. The full program will take about 3 months to effectively clean out the waste that has accumulated over a lifetime and that has hardened, because on non-elimination over a period of time, I've heard of some people going to the bathroom once a week, and they eat at least 3~4 times per day, where is that food staying ? For the best taste, get some carrot juice, or natural apple juice, a personal blender to lightly mix the powder into the juice and drink immediately as it tends to thicken quickly, followed by another glass of the same juice. Over a period of time your colon would thank you, remember most diseases starts in an unhealthy colon, and you need to keep your sewage disposal unit(colon) healthy to take you through your lifetime.
