Q: What is the mg of elderberry per serving? How does this differ from elderberry syrup?

I do not know how many mg per serving. A syrup is cooked and has sugar added. This has no added sugar. I take a tbsp with a tbsp of organic cider vinegar in a half glass of water every day as an immune booster. It works for me.

Q: I Just purchased this, opened i and had some and it is fizzy....reminds me of when my apple cider goes bad......does this mean it is bad???

Fizzing is a sign of fermentation. It means the elderberry juice isn’t shelf stable. Many types of human pathogens can grow in an unstable food product. I would 100% get my money back. And not drink it.
