But I'd like NEWER to have a good sale of this device ...
This device works flawlessly with Fujifilm X-E2. I guess it would work with X-E1, X-T1 (and even X-T2?) since the interface is the same on those cameras. This also works perfectly with my Nikon D600 when I switch the Fuji connection cable to Nikon: https://www.amazon.com/Neewer-Photography-Accessories-2-5mm-N3-Control/dp/B00OHDARXG. This is exactly what I was searching for: a wireless remote that works with both Fuji X-E2 and Nikon D600. I was tempted to take out one rating star because I've been frustrated with the way NEWER designed the cover of the transmitter: there's no way you could open it for battery replacement! My solution was to drill a hole at the its bottom so that I'd be able to pry it out with a small screwdriver tip. But I'd like NEWER to have a good sale of this device so that NEWER would be able to correct this flaw in design.

Basic but reliable, you can do better but not at this price
Reliable and built to meet a price point. The cold shoe mount is plastic, which gives me some pause. Because of that, I remove the receiver from my camera’s hotshoe before I place my camera in the bag.Essentially, this is a whiteboxed version of Vello’s first series of wireless remote shutters and it works exactly as you’d expect. It’s a low frills/no frills wireless shutter commander. The cable included is 2.5mm to microUSB that works for Fujifilm Cameras with either USB 2 or 3 ports. For USB 3 ports, it fits in one half of the port, if you’re not familiar with how microUSB 3 type-b ports work. For Fujifilm Cameras, you could also get away with using a standard 2.5mm m-m audio cable to connect directly to the camera’s dedicated remote control jack. If you want a shorter or longer cable, this is a great way to go as the cost of these cables is significantly less due to being generic. My only complaint is the remote desperately needs a power switch. The sensitivity of the shutter button means the remote can be activated with the slightest pressure and could wear down the batteries if left in your bag unattended with any pressure put on it. Fortunately, both the remote and receiver use common AAA batteries and access to them and the battery compartment on both is quick and easy. My solution was to buy a dedicated, hard shell nylon case to store the remote while in the bag, and a repurposed flashlight holder to hold the remote on the leg of my tripod. Both guard the remote’s shutter button from inadvertent activation. But for the price, it’s a good value and simple solution if you need more reach than a cable or wired remote shutter release provides.

Plug-and-play and fast
I plugged this in to my Fujifilm X-A5 and it worked immediately. It's also as quick as using the shutter on the camera. It's shockingly easy.

Wrong Cable Included
First, it works (so far). That's fine. The only difference between this one and any other brand specific version of the same trigger is the cable. The problem I have is that nobody bothered to test it in video mode. The X-T2 should autofocus during recording on a half press of the shutter button. With the included cable it does not. It starts and stops video, and does not trigger a half-press of the shutter button. It may do that in photos too, but I did not test it. It failed during video and that made me really really mad when I tried to use it on a shoot. To be fair, Fuji themselves use a rather silly partial USB3 mini connector for their remote, when the camera already has a standard 2.5mm TRS port for a release that works correctly.Note that if you buy this you will also need to buy a male to male 2.5mm TRS cable to get autofocus during video. I verified that it does work correctly, if a tad bit of a lag, with the standard TRS cable release.

Works great. Small size
Works exactly as expected. The small size matches my X-T20 -- easy to add to my travel bag. Allows focus and shutter release. It's a lot smaller than the pocket wizards I have for my Nikon.

Works as advertised. Tested on Fujifilm X-T1 and X-Pro2.
Works as advertised. Tested on Fujifilm X-T1 and X-Pro2. No issues found. Not the best build quality but, not bad for the price.
