WOW factor for a rental house
I had put these (a different brand/style/color) in our past camper's kitchen, so I have previous experience installing, and had no hesitation in putting these in a renter home. Ordering from Amazon was considerably cheaper than a big-box store. No, they do not look exactly like glass tiles. But they did freshen up my renter kitchen for cheap. The couple that was the first to view the home for possibly renting, was amazed and loved the look of these in the kitchen. The adhesion value was great, they went on and with planning and pressure, they have stuck nicely after being on for a month so far (on a freshly painted surface). Just plan them out, and use an extremely sharp knife and straight edge to cut. The seams are virtually invisible. Had to reposition a few and was easy if I didn't apply pressure until I was sure of placement. I didn't rush and the time you put in is worth the end result. Easy to wipe off and keep clean. The actual color matched pretty close to what you view online. The ones I received have a little more of a "red-tan" look instead of the "yellow-tan" color of the cupboards, but it is a minor issue. I'm a designer so I'm extremely sensitive to color-matching and I know it is impossible to represent color 100% online vs. actual. Everyone who looked at the kitchen didn't notice the difference. I'm extremely picky and expect exactness. I would buy these again in a heartbeat. Remember, you are not buying high-end glass tiles and grout. You are buying sticky plastic. I felt they were worth it to freshen up a rental home without looking tacky and breaking the bank.

Looks Beautiful! and is a very easy DIY project
I have been contemplating using this in my RV for over a year. I was afraid it would look fake and cheap (but it doesn't). Lucky for me a friend of ours used it and once I saw theirs I knew I wanted to use it in my RV too! It was very easy to cut and place on the wall. We used a utility cutter and a straight edge to cut it since I am not very good at cutting straight lines with scissors! Everyone that has seen it is amazed at how real it looks! It is perfect for an RV because it is so light weight and we didn't want the weight of traditional tile and all that goes along with it to add to our gvw. Also, we didn't want the mess of the traditional tile, not to mention the price. This stuff is very sticky, if you need to make an adjustment you can but it is very hard to peel back off the wall. Be sure to only peel back the paper on the back slightly until you get the perfect alignment. This is a great deal and it sure does make a difference! We love it!I do recommend getting the "Aspect 24 Peel and Stick Decorative Wall Tile Trim" for the edges. It comes in a few colors and you can use spray paint for plastic if you want a different color. I used the spray paint color Oil Rubbed Bronze on my trim because I wanted a darker brown and also wanted it to match other accents in my RV.

Updated and clean kitchen
Okay, so last weekend I decided to update/change my kitchen. For 11 years I had a plain white counter top and no backsplash. We updated pretty much everything in the house but the kitchen. As many know, the cost for a new kitchen would be too much and wasn't an option for me.First, I stumbled upon the Giani Granite kit Chocolate Brown. Basically you paint the counter tops to look like granite. It was a 3 day project and turned out good.Second, a backsplash was definitely needed to complete the look. I purchased another brand but the colors were off and came upon this product.Honestly, it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. I didn't rush the project, but it took me around 3 hours and two days. You must order more because the tiles are not sized right, they are smaller and I needed another box. The quality is good, they look like tiles but when you go up close, you can tell they they are not real. You have to go slow and try to attach the tile sheet at first attempt. If you keep removing it from the wall, it loses the glue and won't stick to the wall. I wasted around 3 tile sheets because it wouldn't align right. At first, I also sprayed some adhesive glue just in case, but really it's not needed. I tried to measure and level everything, but it was hard to do with 2 young kids interrupting all the time.Later on, I will add caulk around the countertops and may add grout to keep it securely in place.First picture is when I painted the black primer over the counter top and no backsplash. Others are when project is completed. You can notice some of my mistakes, but overall it has changed the look of the kitchen, it looks updated and clean.

Installation directions are WRONG!
The manufacturer's instructions indicate that product should be installed from left to right, but this is completely WRONG. The first piece you install should be at the right end of your run. The next tile should be installed to the left of the first piece because its right edge overlaps the first tile from that side. I WASTED TWO SHEETS before figuring this out. Therefore, I did not have enough tiles to finish the job most attractively by taking the tiles to the edge of the wall. So as of now, the backsplash ends about 1 inch short of the end of the wall, and I'm not sure whether to order more tiles or just accept it as it is. Since I only paid $37 for the box of 10 sheets, it really burns to have to spend either $30 to buy 5 more or $10 for one more tile. So don't do what I did by following the manufacturer's directions. Listen to me (and at least one other review I later saw), and work from RIGHT to LEFT. Otherwise, I'd say this is a pretty nice product, especially for 10-sheet price. It makes the wet bar look more finished and will keep spills from splashing up on the wall behind the counter and sink.
