Helps keep you regular. Taste isn't the best but I have yet to try a fiber that does. It works well and is sugar free which is what we need.

I take Metamucil regularly, and it does the job. Good value for the price. One odd thing I noticed about the most recent batch I bought on Amazon -- it does not congeal as much as the batch I bought 6-8 months ago at CVS. It seems like this batch is less dense, maybe between 30-50%. I can also tell when I leave it sit in a water bottle. The last one left a big jelly like blob about a third of the volume of the container. The new batch doesn't clump together as well or as much. I can tell the effects in my body as well. When you're taking a fiber supplement regularly you come to rely on taking a certain dose, since it can be hard for your body to adjust to even small changes in fiber. I would expect a company like Metamucil to have a more consistent product. Overall a good product for your health but I am disappointed in the inconsistency, and not really knowing what amount of fiber I'm actually taking.

This is the fiber supplement that my doctor recommended to take to aid my digestive issues. This is the second unit that I have purchased, and it seems to be doing the job. The flavor is quite pleasant.

Works well. This also tastes really good. I bought another one with the same brand from another store but it doesn’t taste as good as this one. I’m not sure why. I didn’t check the sugar content as I have thrown the container away.

Works well, it’s easy to take, tastes like orange juice. Just don’t let it sit, it’ll turn to jelly! Drink right away!
