Eco AdvanceConcrete/Masonry Siloxane Odorless Spray-On Application Waterproofer, Safe for Use Around Plants, Pets, and People, 1 Gallon

Application was easy. Sprayed on a 10×20 foot stamped concrete patio. Not knowing how much it would take, I sprayed on a light coat using a 1 gallon yard sprayer. It dried quickly, and I sprayed a second time. I used a long handle paint roller to smooth out the excess. It looks really good and it beads up when it rains. Very pleased with the ease of application and the finished look. Now, Hopefully it will last for a year or more.

The product beads water, so it must be sealing. I cannot see it on the concrete, so it looks great. I have no idea how to determine either quality or durability, but my goal was to enhance the concrete's chloride resistance.

Pretty good! Just a pain in the a*s to apply in an even, thin coat. Did keep my concrete looking much cleaner than without it.

Works well! Easy to apply and dries quickly. It leaves a light sheen and repells water. I originally purchased one gallon to try around my pool on concrete with rock pebbles, and liked it well enough to order 4 gallons more to finish the job.

The product was in good condition

One gallon covered my brick front porch twice. It rained 2-3 days after the application, and it seemed like only 1-2 spots actually repelled water. Maybe I need to do another coat or 2. I used a one gallon sprayer with a fan nozzle. It’s pre mixed so that was nice. I just wish it repelled the water completely. FYI: if you use a sprayer like I did, remember to move steady and fast, the one gallon does not last long.

When spraying on a concrete statue spray lightly so it doesn’t drip and apply 3 coats drying in between coats. I used a spray bottle and don’t dilute. Easy clean up.
