The shower head is sturdy and well made, was very easy to install with clear legible instructions. Took about 30 minutes to install, but easily could be less. I ended up having to add the extra washer at the spout due to leaking, but after adding this was perfect fit and no leaks. I love the flexibility of the heads, using one or both along with different settings on both heads. The pressure output is great. Very happy with my purchase.

I have a Moen valve and head set up. My Moen shower head started acting up, so I was looking for a replacement which looked like it belonged with the Moen valve assembly and had the removable shower head. I like that this set up as it has two heads, so you can use the removable one with the main and/or fixed one. I have kept the flow limiters for now and both heads seem to provide enough flow for my needs. I like having different adjustments for the show pattern. I also like being able to go with just the fixed, both, or the removable one. The overall installation went good. They provide Teflon thread tape in the box which is nice. There is A LOT of plastic, so be careful not to damage anything when you install the head.Overall, I am happy with the shower head and performance. My experience with shower heads in the past that have this much plastic is that they don't last very long (like measured in a few years). I bought a replacement Moen shower head when this happens. I paid $34 for this shower head which is pretty good for something that will likely last only a few years. Since there so much plastic used, I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. Also note, my wife thinks this head is a bit ugly, but since I have a back-up Moen shower head to switch in she was nice and let me install this (for now).

Purchased this unit after destroying a brand new MOEN combination unit while trying to remove the flow restrictor. First thing I noticed about this unit is that the shower head is HUGE! It is listed as a "rainfall" unit, and in that sense it does not disappoint. I'm a high-pressure shower person and even though those words are listed in the description of this unit it is not high-pressure. The big shower head puts out a good bit of water though, so I used it un-modified for a day or two. Then I decided I needed more pressure so I removed the flow restrictor. No problem on this unit - lift out the washer and remove the flow restrictor. Big difference. The non-restricted pressure won't blow you out of the shower but it is a big improvement. And the hand-held unit is really nice without the flow restrictor. Since the shower head is so big it's a two-hander to move it around, and I'm a big shower head adjuster when I shower. This is a good unit at a really reasonable price. Remove that flow restrictor and enjoy!!

We LOVE this showerhead combo--so much that after we ordered one for our master bathroom, we decided we needed one for our guest bathroom. Easy to install and such great water flow, and I have very long thick hair so having a good strong flow from all three options was really important. It's made of sturdy plastic but feels really durable and the length of the hose on the detachable shower head part has been awesome for not only showering but for cleaning our shower and tub in both bathrooms.

We got this at 40% off. At this price point it is a sufficient dual showerhead. But this review isn't based on a sale price but rather what it provides. What it can earn. And that's 3 stars.Cheap feeling plastic, but almost necessary because if it were heavier it would pull itself down because of the weight.Individually, each shower head is just adequate. Neither is as great as they could be. If you run both at the same time they provide a disappointing experience. I'm sure there's a hack out there to really boost the output. But out of the box with no modifiers, it's lackluster.Terrible amount of 'throw' on the main head. Doesn't tilt up enough. You will want to get extra connectors from any variety of hardware stores in order to allow either a higher stitting position or more flexibility. As it is, the main head will only tilt high enough to throw half way across. Compared to other heads, the full on massage setting that looks like solid heavy stream from the center of the head is not massage-y enough and not nearly as forceful as I know it could have been. Which is duplicated across all other settings. Not nearly as good as I've seen in other showerheads.On the positive side, the box came with all the parts. The item was new and appeared untouched. The installation was stupid proof. The holder for the handheld part is position-able, which was a nice addition.
