high end product
We bought two of these and put one in each inside corner of our walk-in shower. They look fantastic, hold lots things and are easy to clean. There has been no signs of rusting so far. The chrome finish is true chrome and matches out fixtures. The hook is very useful to dry my swim suit on or to store a sponge. The quality is very high and the shelf feels very expensive.

missing mounting hardware
Just recently purchased two of these shelves. They look great as far as fit and finish. One of the boxes din not have the mounting Hardware required to mount the corner shelves. If I had the necessary hardware I would more than likely give this product a five star rating.

Quality piece of hardware.
This shelf is much more expensive than many you will find at Home Depot but I think it is worth it. I just spent a lot of money renovating my shower and bathroom and wanted a shelf that would not need to be replaced in a year. This shelf did not disappoint. It is heavy and solid and look great. Installation took about 10 minutes. I have no complaints about the hardware used to install it. The screws are stainless. I wanted to drill through the tile and cement board so I opted to use my own longer stainless screws but the screws included would be sufficient most of the time.

nice basket crappy hardware
I bought this basket for my new bathroom. It looks really nice but I was very reluctant to drill holes in my new italian tile. However the baskets with the suction cups do not last very long at all so I decided to go with something a little more permanent. I drilled the holes and right away I realized that the inserts were non standard size, the 3/16 holes were too small and the 1/4 too large. I went with the 1/4 and added some silicone to hold them in place and seal the holes. I was already starting to curse. When I tried to screw it down the screw heads stripped right away. Seriously, guys, for that kind of money you cannot put four good quality screws and four standard size good quality inserts in the box? What would that cost you? $0.01? I recommend that until the manufacturer improves the included hardware that nobody buys this - otherwise nice - basket.

Bought these over six months ago and now it has problems
I bought this a little over six months ago and was very happy with the appearance and usefulness of the item. I installed it in a seldom used shower that is only used around once a week. Around three or four weeks ago, I noticed that small amounts of the chrome are flaking off in several places to where I can see the copper plating underneath the chrome. Don't know if they'll all do this but I also bought a soap dish at the same time and installed in the same shower and it has the same problem.

Great item, cheap hardware
I purchased this rack to install in my full tile shower to allow me to stop putting soap on a built in shelf, which was causing a lot of mildew and soap scum issues. Install is easy enough, you will need the basics like a phillips screw driver, drill, and hammer, but a specialty tile bit is required. The basket itself seems to be of very high quality. It is heavy, sturdy, and has a very nice and shiny finish. The mounting hardware was sub-par, though. The plastic wall anchors are not very good quality, being out of round, and they felt rather brittle. If this basket came with better anchors, I would have no problem giving it 5 stars. I used some higher quality anchors from the hardware store for piece of mind. Even of you use the included hardware, I am sure it is still much more stable than all the suction cup baskets, exactly why I went with this style. I don't want it falling off the wall! Plus, it looks classier being hard-mounted than suction-cupped to the wall.I don't think it will rust, but I will keep an eye on it for any signs of rust anywhere, and update in the future.Just a little tip, I would recommend putting some caulk or silicone sealant over the plastic anchors once you have them in the wall, just to make sure the holes are completely sealed and you don't allow any water to seep through into your wall.

Looks great, installs easily. Has a hook for the poof.
I just finished re-tiling the tub and I was pretty particular as to soap dishes. I do not like 'tiled in' soap dishes and I don't like baskets hanging off the shower head. I wanted something like the shower fixtures in nicer hotels I have stayed in. This basket was very clean looking, nice heft when held, pretty easy to install (use a tile bit) and looks great installed. It was the only one I have seen with a hook for the body wash 'poof' my wife and kids like to use; the poof doesn't hang on the spigot any more. The basket is big enough for a bar of soap one end, body wash bottle other end. Looks great and it nicely complements the new tiling in the tub.

great product
Very nice looking and will never rust as it is made of brass with a chrome finish. It is immpossible to have it rust like most of the other shower type shleves. Cost a little more but it will last forever. It is really more useful than a caddy that hangs on the shower stem. I installed two, my wife loves them.
