This product is the first standalone zinc supplement I've ever tried, after reading for a long time about the benefits of zinc to ward off illness. The closest I've gotten is 1MD Nutrition MagMD Plus, a magnesium supplement I tried in recent months which also provided small quantities D3 and zinc. However, 1MD Nutrition only provides 3.75mg of zinc per serving, and I've already been consuming 2x this amount of zinc every day via a multivitamin. Klean Athlete Klean Zinc provides an additional 10mg of zinc per serving in an easily consumable, great tasting orange flavored chewable tablet, sweetened with Xylitol and mannitol. I've been using this product on a regular basis to get through the current Winter season.

I really like this supplement. The tablets are chewable and not all chalky. Pleasant orange flavor makes them easy to take. These arrived just in time as I was coming down with a cold. I usually take a zinc lozenge when I feel a cold coming, instead I popped two of these a day and my cold was gone within 3 days. The only thing I wish is that they were more than 10mg per tablet. I will continue to get my zinc from these tablets as I feel that they have worked well for me.

This has a low 10 mg per chewable zinc tablet. I try to take 50 mg a day of zinc so these will be used more as a throat lozenge when I feel sniffly than as a daily supplement. They are great if you take a low dose or are just starting out on zinc. Not a bad taste. Easy to remember to take.

This supplement added no traces of dissolved Zinc in recent blood tests. I will lookelsewhere for mineral Zinc.

Zinc was recommended to me a few years ago by a doctor. I have tried taking it, but my experience has not been great.Zinc often times is upsetting to my stomach. So far, I have not noticed that to be an issues with this brand/dose amount.I'm really happy with this product, I like that one chewable tablet provides 10 mg of Zinc. That amount satisfies "what the doctor ordered," and keeps my tummy quiet. A win-win.
