Keeps me clear and able to breathe with my CPAP
The media could not be loaded. If you're like me and wear a CPAP and live in an area where allergies are extremely high, and you have a lot of pollen tap grass molds, and all of those things that we have in the Ohio valley, you will not Regret using this product I use it at night before I put my CPAP on. It keeps me clear and free all night long so that I can breathe and not feel like I'm suffocating. You will not be disappointed!!!

This really works!
I am constantly full and can't breath easily, one squirt each nostril and I can breath!!!!!! I would recommend this. It has not been long since I used it so do not know how long it last, but sure am impressed how it cleared my sinuses pronto.

Pricey and has menthol
No where on the package or description (that I could find) does it say there is menthol in this product. It burns my nose when I used it…but if you are looking for menthol you should be fine. Also these are tiny bottles so pretty expensive for what you get.
