Good quality and price
Works wellnand looks a little less industrial than some.Good for our living room.As lots have said makes a good bang when it zaps the bugs

You get what you pay for.
I bought this item a few weeks back. Plugged it in, switched it on and left it. It worked for a couple of weeks, zapped a few flies. Then the light went out. It's been about as much use as a chocolate fire guard since. Even when it was working, it was a bit too small to be very effective in reducing the number of flies in the room.. Not good value for money. Not good build quality.

Short Cable
This just arrived earlier this evening. The cable is short and needs an extension lead to be plugged into most rooms, least of all outside! Time will tell if it kills the bugs which is why I have given a 3 star so far as unsure of effectiveness right now.

Fab insect zapper
I love the look of this zapper as it's stylish & looks good in my rustic setting. It really does the job of attracting & dispensing of nuisance insects in my kitchen, as it's so quick, I don't feel like a meanie killing them. It's easy to install, clean & maintain. I did jump at the first enormous bluebottle it zapped as it's totally soundless until it does that instantaneous ZAP. It's a large & bright zapper but as it's so stylishly designed it doesn't look hideous at all. I'm very happy with it

Satisfying way to deal with bugs
Spring is coming and I've started to see the odd fly in the house. We've had loads of fruit flys the last couple of years so I wanted to stop them before they get too much.These type of electric bug zappers seem to be popular in all the takeaways so I thought I'd give it a go.I've been using it for a week now and place it in the kitchen when I have the back door open. So far It's gotten about half a dozen flies and I've not been bugged by any others in the house so ill take that as a win.It comes with a UK plug and theres something satisfying about hearing the crack when a flying pest gets hit by 4300 volts and thankfully none have become mutants like you see in films.I'll definitely have this going in the garden come summer so I can enjoy my drink without having to share it with a fly doing backstroke in my espresso martini.
