Better price and better fit
This was more affordable than purchasing a replacement air filter from our HVAC serviceperson. It's slightly smaller than 24x25x4, but this has turned out to be a good thing for us - where our air filter goes is 40 years old and previous filters were very snug and sometimes hard to get in and out. The slight difference in dimensions seems to fit better and is definitely easier to replace.

Economical at time of purchase
Solid filter that was the most economical at time of purchase. Initially rec'd one smashed filter but I was sent a replacement.

Not made well
The folds are not spread apart like they are supposed to be and you cannot spread them as they seem to be glued that way. Also, when does 3.75 " equal 4" ?

Works great
Filters fit perfectly and are rigid enough to hold their shape when the fan is on high.They trap a lot of dust particles. Recommend.

Had a shipping issue-Filters were delivered to the wrong location- ups issue- FilterBuy quickly resent the filters to resolve the issue- Great customer service!
