Does as advertised - Great for Value
Bought this to replace some dead sticks. So far for work purposes it has been great and somewhat consistent. In regards to design it is decently designed and the key chain hole is a nice addition even if it is standard, The main thing I like is the fact you can retract the tip and it stays in place, as you need a bit of push down pressure to retract. This gives a bit more confidence the stick wont be as easily damaged as some other have. Now on to performance, the read speed I have no complaints, works as advertised. However, the write speed is very different. In synthetic benchmarks it seems amazing with a write speed of +45mb/s.But in real world applications the performance is a different story. In actual use the usb stick averages out at 19 ~ 20 mb/s. This is something a few reviews overlooked. With the speeds I have no issue as speeds are as expected and is not false advertising, as they do say its x5 faster than usb 2.0 (4 mbs). My small issue is no where do they ever sate this. So it does feel a bit deceptive. With write speeds over a long duration it was pleasing to see the data transfer speed was consistent for a 50 GB test file. And at the end the usb was not burring hot or overheating unlike some other products like the san disk ultra fit,Finally to conclude a comment about the software, DELETE IT. The software application its self is ok and I don't have a problem with it. But my problem is the fact is it is always running as soon as you insert it. This also causes issues if try to uninstall it as it spits a error message that the action cant be done as the application is still running. Even task manager could not kill it, so only way to remove it is to format the stick. For people who will actually use the software for regular files its fine I guess but personally as it is always running it does not sit well with me.Overall, with its great value I would highly recommend it. The hardware its self is good but the advertising is a bit deceptive and the software, for me at least, is a no.

Can have big cost reductions
* PhysicalI have (use of Flash Drive 1) used a SanDisk 32 Gig 3.0 thumb drive as part of a built-in Windows Recovery system. This took over 4 hours to build. Interestingly, it's taken the SAME time as using this USB 3 thumb drive as an Integral 64 Gig, USB 2.0 pen drive with my Ashampoo Backup Pro 26.3. (The use of Flash Drive 2) To create a fresh system image of Windows 10 on my Ashampoo, I was required to shut down the ReadyBoost utility and turn it off through File Explorer this time. I was free to reinstall this after the system image was created. So its advantages are more subtle than I first thought. The speed of your downloaded or uploaded files, even between home ports on your PC, can vary a lot. Which can be dependent on your hardware, connection speeds, what your computer is doing, and the state of your OS.I have reinstalled Windows 10 Pro using guidance from YouTube videos. I used the method to preserve personal files and applications. To download the latest Windows 10 image and then apply its many updates took 5 1/2 hours to complete. So don't clock watch. I also needed to reboot several times to get the updates coordinated. But it's like a new machine. If your PC is slow. Do a backup of the system as it is. Then, apply the reinstallation of Windows 10. You could be surprised by the difference this makes to Windows 10 in several ways. It takes several days for these changes to work through the system. Another method to speed up a whole operating Windows 10 system, after a fresh installation, is to use Administrative Tools / Defragment and Optimise Drives. It's a real help. The reinstallation of Windows 10, preserving my files. Using ReadyBoost and a 64 Gig USB 3.0 Pendrive formatted with NTFS has boosted my PC's stability and responsiveness. (Use of Flash Drive 3). You can format the USB 3.0 drive with FAT32, but due to limits within FAT32, this cache will be limited to 4Gb cache. ReadyBoost has been around since Windows Vista. If you're driving Windows 11, then it's not going to help you, as you have enough technical knowledge to work fine. Together, these techniques have made my PC feel fresher! To use a USB drive for this, it is suggested to format the 32 Gig thumb drive with NTFS, then select File Explorer / This PC / pick a USB port / Properties / ReadyBoost tab / Dedicate This Device to ReadyBoost / Apply / OK. Please note that you must NOT remove the ReadyBoost thumb drive without first turning this method off in File Explorer / This PC / the name of your thumb drive / Properties / ReadyBoost tab / Do not use this device/ Apply / OK. This is due to this thumb drive is used by Windows 10 as a cache of often-used code, to minimise time to access these files. If you do remove this thumb drive without turning ReadyBoost off in File Explorer, you will probably need to reinstall Windows 10, I am afraid. I have seen this happen with other people's machines. So that you know, it's normal for a 32 GB pendrive when applied to ReadyBoost to be red. It just means that the space unused is less than 10% of the maximum size of this thumb drive. I used a 64 Gig thumb drive this time. If your device SSD or HDD also shows red, it's time to make space of this drive to make it perform better with more space available.* Update 20 November 2024It's a good, cheap idea to buy for others you care about, brothers, sisters, birthdays and Xmas. These USB pen drives are always handy. Eventually. It's your choice, but I recommend 64 GB or higher, USB 3.0+ thumb drives* Update 09 May 2025One drive I tested is faulty.

Fast, Reliable, and Affordable – SanDisk 32GB Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive Delivers!
The SanDisk 32GB Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive is a reliable, budget-friendly option for anyone needing portable storage. Its USB 3.0 interface delivers fast transfer speeds, noticeably quicker than USB 2.0, making it convenient for moving larger files like videos, photos, or documents. The compact design is lightweight and durable, which is great for everyday use. However, the plastic build feels a bit flimsy compared to other higher-end drives, but it still gets the job done effectively. With 32GB of storage, it offers plenty of space for most casual users. Overall, it's a solid choice for its price and performance. Highly recommended for those looking for an affordable and fast USB stick

Strong and fast
Fantastic storage for the price - all 3 worked and are fast copying/deleting etcLike the fact that you can slide and hide the usb head to protect it, also has a O section to clip on keys etcReally tough feeling build, doesn't get hot - though wouldn't expect it to
