This thing doesn't take up much room, and it does the job. High quality for the price point. I'm 5'11" and I can stand up inside.

The product needs a better installation manual. I'm very mechanical inclined but the average person may find it a bit underwhelming. The unit is small so if you're over 6' tall you'll be cramped in a not very comfortable chair. I like that it heats up fast and satisfied especially with the price.

This product started out pretty good but now it’s not heating up past 107, when it’s supposed to be up to 140. 107 is just normal Texas heat and defeats the purpose of the sauna itself. I can’t reach the seller to resolve the issue either. This is maybe good for a year or two before it needs replaced. I’ll be looking for one that’s better quality and heating elements. .

I used this product 4 times for 30 minutes at a time. During those 4 times, I loved it, no issues. On the 5th time it shut off after 15 minutes, couldn’t get it to power back on. So I take the back panel off to find what you see in the attached pictures, the terminal for the power cord melted. FYI, this was running in a well ventilated room with a ceiling fan on and the room at about 70F. After cooling down and plugging back in it does power back on, but is now a huge fire hazard. Don’t put this in your home!

Was a bit tough to stretch the fabric over the frame and it would be nice if the remote had a clearer light for the foot pad. Also the foot pad gets super hot to where it almost burns your feet so I just set it to the side and keep it on to get maximum heat. Does the job I’m glad I got it .

I bought this in early December 2022, and it has completely stopped working. When it was sent some of the heat panels were backwards, but I made it work. Also since I've been using it the thin reflective layer had slowly been stripping off. Just yesterday (May 18th 2023 less than 6 months later) it shut off in the middle of me using it. A couple of months ago the remote disconnected but it just got unplugged and it was an easy fix. I checked that again this time and it connected, I checked the wires they're all connected as well. The thing has just stopped working. I liked it while I was using it but I haven't moved it or taken it apart since I've had it, so it has to be something not working with the heating system itself. I'd really like to keep using it, the sauna itself was good for the price but now that it doesn't work 6 months is pretty disappointing.(EDIT): They sent me a new board to make the panels work again and it now works. I did have to install it myself which I wasn't completely comfortable with but the support was quick to respond.(EDIT, EDIT): 6 months later and now the footpad and the right panel no longer work. The panel made a strange noise a few day ago and went out, the footpad went out at the same time.

Very hot. Easy set up. Heats up quick. Might be small for some but can use without chair and sit on a towel. Great option to reap the benefits of a personal sauna at an affordable price.
