I bought this for my son for his birthday and he loves it. I am getting one for myself and my husband

It does get the job done but it takes time, if u need something more along a professional quality, this is not for you, however the quality is good and perfect if you are just steam cleaning a few items at a time. Overall I liked it for the price and was perfect for use on my blouses.

Garbage product. Does not heat up well. Waste of money.

It is nothing like the last Rowenta steamer I had. You have to keep pushing the steam button for this to work. It also drips a lot and gets my clothes wet. Don't like this steamer very much.

Does not do a very good job at getting rid of wrinkles. I found using my Rowenta iron's steam feature to be more effective.

If you're looking for a nice clothing steamer to remove wrinkles from your clothes, keep on looking. The only thing this steamer is good for is working your trigger finger. You must depress, per the instructions, the trigger every four seconds to emit steam. The required but removable fabric brush must also be used although it severely decreases the effectiveness of the steamer. Crank it up! After all, ironing clothes is already so much fun all that we need to do is add more time and another obstacle to its ease! It took 2 of its teeny tubes of water to badly dewrinkle a pair of new lined suit pants on the hanger. Light creases didn't come out of the new white cotton shirt after 9 steamy passes. I would only recommend this item if you're new to law enforcement and need to work on your reflexes while arriving on duty in crinkled blues. I've owned and used several steamers ranging from residential to commercial and this is by far the worst. If you're looking for something to remove wrinkles from your clothes, I strongly suggest you press on.
