Perfect low-carb breading!
These are perfect if you are eating low-carb. I use them as bread crumbs in my keto meatballs, and as breading when I fry pork chops or chicken nuggets. They save a lot of time from having to crush your own pork rinds, and they have a long shelf life as well. Very pleased!

Delicious and flavorful
My husband and I are following a Keto diet and ran across this product to make bread. While the bread was baking I made some “fried” zucchini dipped in egg, then in a silicone bag added pork panko with sea salt, garlic & onion powder and pepper. Fried in Tallow. Absolutely delicious! Great flavor and crisp! The carnivore bread was fantastic. Just ordered more of this panko.

I use this to make my chicken nuggets in my glass air fryer
I bought a brilliant glass air fryer from Amazon. It makes things so crispy. I'm addicted to making chicken nuggets with out of boneless chicken thighs. I cut them into one and 1/2 inch strips and cook them on the wing setting they come out brilliant.

Great for the KETO lifestyle. I use it to make bread and also use as a filler when making meatloaf of hamburger steaks

Pork Rind Panko
While pork rind panko is enjoyed by many it was a bit too strong and greasy for my own family. It works fine, the taste is as expected for those who eat pork rinds, just not for my family.

My favorite.
Excellent for the Carnivore WOE! Makes great fried chicken, pork chops, chicken fried steak, etc. Dip your meat in egg, then coat with this and fry in bacon grease. Nothing better.
