Q: What is the bolt thread size/pitch for the crankshaft pulley holes on a toyota camry & 4runner (late 90's model)?

i don't know. this is a universal tool.

Q: Will this work on a 2002 toyota camry with crankshaft pulley-tmmk-2.4l (2az-fe) engine?

I purchased this for holding the camshaft gear in place so that I could change out my timing belt on my 2003 Camry. It worked great! As long as there are at least two holes going through your crankshaft pulley, it should work fine. The tool comes with several different size pins that screw into the tool, providing multitask uses. When I took off my crankshaft pulley, I just used my impact wrench (another option without the need to hold the pulley from moving) to unscrew the crankshaft bolt.

Q: Will this work for a 02 Dodge Durango 4.7

Yes it worked on my 2004 Dodge Durango 4.7, but mixed results. Driver side cam shaft bolt was easy (it has three pin holes), I only needed a 15 mm socket and hand ratchet. BUT passenger side was MUCH HARDER (only had one hole for the pin), here is how we did it : One person to hold the tool putting one pin into the single hole on the sprocket (put a lot of weight on it, I attached a 4 pound sledge to it, to help absorb the impact), and 2nd person holds an IMPACT WRENCH and zip it off.
