Amazing and you can disable the autofocus with software
Brilliant camera. But I found the autofocus annoying. If you are like me, download software like 'Webcam Settings Tool' which is a windows piece of software and you can disable the autofocus. I was really happy when I was able to do.

Good sound and vision at a good price
I liked this camera straight out of the box. Linked up very quickly, the software is very good these days, and I was up and running in 10 minutes. No problems since.

Limited compatibility and odd behaviours
I got this as i've been wanting to upgrade from my mac book pro built in camera. Initial impressions were good. The image was clear. Auto focus was a little odd in behaviour, but I felt I could live with it. However, after a field test i've concluded I can't use this camera. The auto zoom / focus is inconsistent meaning i've to constantly adjust its position because sometimes its too zoomed into my face, others you can pretty much see a full body shot - and theres no way to control it. It's almost as if certain programs change the zoom ratio regardless of what you are doing. For example - say I have the photo booth app open, the camera is zoomed into my face. Say I then open a zoom call at the same time, the camera clicks and zooms out and all of a sudden its a full body shot. Zero control over it.So all those annoyances aside......the real killer for me with this camera is that it just plain well doesnt' work in Slack, and thats what I primarily use. Works fine in Zoom. Even shows fine in the Slack settings. But on a call no image shows. Have had to revert.Essentially, a waste of money. I'd advise you to consider your use case, which programs you intend to use it with, and for you to consider if you'd be happy with this inconsistent zooming. Seems more bug than feature, whod not want control?

Good Value for the Price
Easy to set-up (even on company laptop) and seems to have a very good resolution.

Not 4K at all
To start with, this is absolutely not a 4K camera, not even convinced it has an 8MP sensor - OBS says 2MP 1080p30 and that's all I can record video at in MJPEG mode, YUV is unusable. The picture is certainly sharper/brighter than my old HD3000 720p webcam. The autofocus does hunt around quite a bit - to the point where I'd say if you're just using it for meetings where you don't move around much I'd turn the autofocus off or your colleagues will get dizzy watching you.Stick-on privacy cover is a bit tacky. Tripod is a PoundLand job.If I didn't need it tomorrow for work I'd send it back for a refund and buy something else (NexiGo or Logitech?) as this is a £30 webcam with a £50 pricetag. Glad I didn't buy the DW50 or more expensive model.

Not to Shabby
Have used this camera for teams and teaching online class from further back. Decent quality picture and what you would expect for the price. The stand is of OK quality and does what I need it for. All round worth the money and a massive improvement from my built in laptop camera.
