Well made, good size, great filter
We bought this when we needed to upgrade the tank on a carnival goldfish - you know the ones that either live for five seconds or twenty five years. Said goldfish arrived unannounced after an afternoon with the grandparents. Anyway, after looking in store, we were put off by the cost because we could not find a tank that had a powerful enough filter that was also in the size we were wanting. We found this one and took a chance, because shipping a glass tank seemed sketchy, but it turned out great! The tank and box both arrived in good condition, the seams on the tank are well sealed, the top fits nicely, and all in all we were pleased with the quality and look. It is a true 10 gallon, so now concerns there, and the filter has done a great job of keeping the water clear, clean, and safe for the fish. The heater is a nice addition and an often overlooked item for fresh water fish, so having it included was a bonus, although, its suction cups don't hold super well. We have had to re-set it once since we bought it just over a month ago. The filter can sound buzzy if you don't have the filter latched on just right, but it is as simple as a gentle tap. As you can see, it fit the large bubbler ship nicely, with enough room for some low artificial plants and seashells. We opted for the sand (which needed rinsed MANY times) and it hasn't been an issue at all for the filter or the sand, meaning the filter doesn't seemed overly worked by the organic material and the water output doesn't disturb the sand. Solid buy for us.

Crystal Clear Aquarium
The 10 gallon kit was a birthday present for my husband. Set up was easy. Everything you need is included (minus the gravel and decorations, of course). Filter is the quietest aquarium filter I've ever heard. Heater kicks on and off like it should. The lights brighten everything beautifully. It's been set up for one month, with one filter pad change, and as you can see from pics, water is crystal clear. I highly recommend this product.

Good bargain
For the money this is a decent set up. Great first tank for a beginner with a few hardy fish. I purchased this to replace a rimless 10 gallon because I’m tired of all the evaporation. The only real complaint I have is the poor silicone job, which is downright messy. But the tank doesn’t leak so it’s doing it’s job. And considering a rimless 10 gallon is over 100$ just for the tank, you get what you pay for. I’m using this for a saltwater tank. No corals just live rock and one immortal azure damselfish 😂. I keep corals and purchased him in 2004 just because I wanted something active in the tank and I knew damsels did well in solitary confinement and are even known to kill each other till there’s only one left anyway. Anyway after keeping a reef tank for over 15 years I’m done and Nick the fish is going to retire to this tank to live out the rest of his years without me constantly fiddling with and otherwise routinely invading his territory. The led lights are pretty bright (how far they’ve come is amazing). Color temp looks like 5-10K range hard to tell exactly, a crisp white. Actually a refreshing change from all those years of bluish lighting. Could definitely keeps lowlight plants or even a few hardy lowlight corals with them. I use an amazon smart plug and have Alexa turn it on 45mins before sunset and off at 9pm. Not using the filter, not thrilled with how it looks anyway, but seems like it would get the job done. The heater I will be using to mix saltwater. I tried it and it was dead on at 78 using an accurate thermometer. Was actually shocked by that I definitely thought it would be off. Maybe I just got lucky. The thermometer included with tank is that stick on outside tank garbage I would never use. Other than that everything is pretty decent especially given the price. Definitely recommend for a simple set up with a few hardy fish. Just remember fish keeping is not a set it and forget it style of doing things. Fish take far more routine maintenance and time than most household pets. It’s not a ton of time or work but it needs to be consistent. It can be an excellent learning experience for kids to be committed to something for years to come if you are making sure they do the work (or at least help with it). If it’s just a new thing that will last a month or two save your money and some fish lives and forget about it. Heck I had no idea my fish could live 16 years when I bought him as a living decoration for my reef tank, and now I’ll probably be a blubbering wreck when he passes, such a cute little guy 🐠.

great kit! arrived broken
My kit arrived with the aquarium glass broken in multiple places. Amazon refunded me the entire amount which allowed me to buy the tank locally. I used the remaining parts that were not broken and have a nice tank set up (10 gallon). If you have kids or are just looking to set up your first tank, this is the way to go. It also came with water conditioner, which was really helpful because I could get everything set up and condition the water right away to add creatures relatively quickly. The LED lights are built into the lid and the filter system and heater column are all there too. Definitely pay attention to the directions for submerging the heater for 30 minutes before turning on, and rinsing the charcoal filter, etc. We followed the directions to a "t" and didn't have a single issue once we bought the glass tank local. Definitely worth the money to get the inclusive kit, so you don't have to guess and piece together. It would have cost a lot more if buying pieces separately.Thank you Amazon for the refund due to broken glass - as a long time Prime member who orders things weekly, this was a great nice-to-have from a big corporation. Did not go unappreciated.

Junk
Less than a month and one of the lights is already out. All of the lights flicker on and off randomly. Also, there is too much of a gap. I've lost fish, crabs, and snails because of the gap before I had to find something to block it with.
