I got this as lm quite poorly for 4 years now and somedays lm in bed or downstairs and hubby goes out the garden doing stuff and keeps coming in to check on me, well no more thats around my neck and he has the receiver with magnet in his top pocket and it works a treat. USB charged and up to 500 ft away our garden isnt as long as that but its so worth the money, we are very pleased with it and would highly recommend it. Very clear loud ding dong he set it on, there are many tones to choose from. You wont be disappointed

I got my wearing one after she kept following over. It's works well and loud enough to hear. The light flashes bright and if you have it near a plug that you can see then it will flash bright white. The watch thing that you press is pretty good and it needs to be pressed a little harder so no accidents.

I wanted a pocket sized emergency pager for a family member who is seriously ill. This product performs well and the receiver has a rechargeable battery and is pocket sized, but it is let down be one thing. The 3 buttons that control the receiver are exposed and protrude from the side of the unit. Hence when carrying it in your pocket it is easy to inadvertently set off the alarm or worse still mute the alarm sound. These buttons should be recessed or you should be able to lock out their function. I have only been using the pager for a couple of days and so far I have accidently set the alarm off a couple of times.

Got this personal alarm set for my 87 yr old mum in case she falls or feels ill and needs help. Only works when we're at home because it's only activated through a plug in ringer not through WiFi but that's fine for us. She wears the 'watch' callbutton at almost all times, especially at night. The other callbutton we have on the included lanyard and have put it in the downstairs WC so it can be reached from standing, sitting or even lying on the floor, because, well you never know. It has put my mind at rest because she never has her phone near her and I was concerned about me knowing if and when she needs help.

I brought this as I needed a way to call my carer if I need something. What a waste of money!! You can press and press and nothing. At one point I started counting and the receiver finally went off on the 12th attempt. Look elsewhere is my advice.
