These come very tightly packed together, so on arrival I thought I wasn’t getting all the panels i payed for, once you cut the seal and air fills these, they become full size! Such a small package, but all the panels still fit in there somehow haha. Some reviews are saying that these don’t fully go back to their original shape when opened. Super easy fix to that is to just massage the deformed part and it will go back to its original shape! I’m really surprised that no one thought of that before. They are a really good value for the money. I’d recommend them especially if you are on a budget! Just make sure to massage them if some of them arrive deformed. It does wonders!

Used this in a medium sized room to lock in the noise and keep it from traveling too far while playing music. The price is GREAT for the amount that comes in it, 12 squares! Depending on size of room, mine is average I will probably need to buy 2 more packs to completely zero out the sound, but we can definitely tell the difference with the one pack already.I would advise to MARK FIRST and remove adhesive AFTER! don't just smack it on the wall! Make sure to clean the wall first too because once on, you risk ripping it to move it. I use velcro at first but it MUST be flat to wall to prevent sound from traveling. I recommend this

These are difficult to use. We spent over an hour with a hair dryer (per the Sellars instructions if they don't regain shape after shipping) on one fourth of what we ordered. Some of the edges never regained shape. They are also slightly different in size and texture, so making them look perfect is not possible. We have not been able to evaluate the designed function of them, yet, that will be in the update. So if convenience and finished look are not important to you, these might work for you.

The foam pops right up to two inches as advertised. Unfortunately, the adhesive is weak. I had to buy adhesive spray to keep the panels attached to the wall. The panels do a fair to good job of quieting noise.

I've been wanting some sound proof foam to start recording myself more. After installing these the quality of my videos have been more clear than ever. I will be buying more of these in the near future.

Ordered these for a vocal booth in my studio. Adhesive works great, and they do a great job of dampening. The only issue is a quarter of my ordered panels were crushed( before they were vacuum sealed not in transit) and were unusable after they expanded.

These are squashed and not dense. It will absorb that much sound and you will have a hard time returning it if you open it up.

It doesn't stick to the wall for longer than 5 minutes, it just falls off. i tried putting it on like 5 times, i even went around the whole thing slowly trying to get every single inch of glue touching the wall and it still fell off
